The Black House - stunning oceanfront property

Offering the ultimate beachfront escape, the property features five bedrooms - three with queen beds, a fourth with two single beds, and the fifth with two single beds and two full-sized trundles.

The main bathroom is well-appointed, boasting an extra-large shower with dual shower heads and double basin.
There is also a separate toilet and further separate laundry area with both washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and features a breakfast bar opening out onto the deck and stunning views beyond, while the living and dining area features two large lounges, 8 seater dining table and flat screen TV and DVD player.
Each section of the house boasts ceilings fans as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning units, each with their own temperature control for guests in separate bedrooms.

The property also features a port-a-cot, highchair and children's plastic kitchenware for the younger members of the family - an added bonus when booking your family holiday.

Without a doubt the highlight of the beachside property is the stunning views and extreme proximity to beautiful Arrawarra Bay and its protected beach, boat ramp and renowned surf break.
Taking full advantage of this is the large back deck with steps opening down onto the beach reserve, equipped with 10 seater outdoor table and webber barbecue.
