Centrally located near the train station and the cathedral. Easy walking to all of Old Town. Included breakfast was excellent. Room was large with no frills but comfortable. Only issue was the construction next door which my room overlooked. Was a little noisy in the morning. But would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful staff. Front desk - all were young and polite and eager to serve. Thank you!! We could see the cathedral from our room window. Parking is close by. Walkable to shops, cathedral and restaurants. We had 2 joining rooms.

This hotel is a wonderful, refreshingly modern, with aesthetics that are very chill and posh! We stayed in the suite that looked on the Cologne Cathedral. What a dream come true. The room was absolutely pristine. The windows open so you can open and hear the Cathedral bells at all hours. The mattresses are so firm...i want one for the house. The sheets were so white and crisp. Absolutely loved the huge tub also. In the morning we went down and had cups of coffee from the machine by the reception desk. They also had hot chocolate...:) We were extremely surprised at the five star breakfast buffet that is free with the suites. The quality of food was pristine and of the absolute best quality. That is my biggest pet peeve....is quality. I will definitely be coming back here again! The staff was amazing...this brand is very impressive and definitely knows how to run a five star establishment. Thanks again!!

Directly across from the main Christmas Market and the cathedral. Ask for room 401! Corner room with all windows and Juliet balconies is a must if visiting at Christmastime. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is a full German style breakfast. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Walking distance to the train station. Felt very safe walking at night. Will absolutely stay there again. Only issue is the bathroom shower is super tiny…more like what you find in England.

Great location. Fruh has great mett. Dom is under construction so don’t be surprised if you request a view but it isn’t quite what you expected. Stayed here a couple times and is my go to place to stay in Köln.

This hotel really surpassed my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 in the lobby with your room key, and breakfast was the best I had on my entire trip of Europe. The cathedral and main Christmas market are right outside the hotel. The train station is a very short and easy walk. I never quite got the WiFi working right, but that could have been user error. I was pleased with all aspects of the stay and would definitely return to stay again.
