Check in was easy enough. The pool are was dirty, the water was so cloudy you could not see thru it! Good think I was not there to swim. My bed was torn, very uncomfortable.. pillows were horrible. Stain across the ceiling, like a recent leak? And the fire alarm “chirped” all night long! I’ll never stay again

Disappointing stay.

Service at reception was excellent. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Furniture is old and cumbersome. There was no armchair in room. No where to sit and watch tv. Bathroom was clean but sink was old and worn. Walls are thin . We could hear the shower in the next room. Breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast we've ever had. This hotel needs to be renovated. This was our third visit and we will not be returning.

The front desk and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms and items within were in very poor repair. We had to change rooms due to a mechanical failure which we understood. However, the room we were moved to was not clean and no offer was made to compensate us in any way. The room was extremely overpriced.

The room didn't have Wi-Fi and the hotel could not change my room or give a credit. they changed it the next day, but the internet was not great. the tub had peeled paint and was not appealing. Staff was super nice LaKish and Nico.

I’m grateful they saved my family trip

I went around 11 am after having a terrible experience at a comfort suites hotel was only at the other hotel for 12hrs before having to leave. I explained my situation to the staff and she was very accommodating she allowed me to look at the room before booking. I was very pleased and what I wasn’t pleased with she fixed immediately. I really appreciate the staff. I was there from Friday to Sunday and it was amazing. It was recommended to me by a friend and I’m happy I listened. I originally steered away from that side of town due to the activity. The outside looks not so inviting but the cleanliness once you’re inside makes up for all of that. The breakfast was good I only wish they had alternatives for the sausages. But not an issue to affect my stay. Pancakes were delicious. I will definitely be going back my next lil vacation.

Affordable and accommodating for our family as we traveled southward to Florida. The pool was perfect size and they provide towels at poolside, something that not all hotels with pools provide. The kitchen and housecleaning staff members were all exceptionally polite and kind. The only improvement we would suggest would be to expedite the check in process. They had only one clerk to check in guests on Friday afternoon, and the back up was close to an hour for many parties to get checked in. The clerk was very courteous and kind, she simply needed some additional help at this busy time.

I will never stay here again

It was one night En route to home. The place is dirty. The check-in took forever with one or two people in front of me. It seems that they are very old-school and rely on nothing but paper. We actually had to turn in our room keys. The only thing good about it was that the bed was comfortable. I will never stay there again
