Fragrance headache

The front desk was very kind. The hotel is old and our room needed some work but the hotel is being remodeled so that may improve. My biggest complaint is that the cleaning people use cleaning supplies that have such a strong odor in our room that I got an immediate headache. When I asked the front desk about it, they said that all the rooms are like that. She was sympathetic and suggested I prop open the door and turn the air up to get some air circulating which did help. She committed to talking to the cleaning staff again about the odor. She indicated I was not the first to complain. The beds were comfortable though I would’ve liked an extra blanket but there was none in the room. All in all just okay.

Last Resort

This place was dirty, old, and under construction. There were cockroaches in the bathroom sink area. The bathroom drain was clogged. I would seriously sleep in my car before I would pay to stay here again.

Don’t stay here

Was on the third floor. Everytime someone used the elevator, we could hear it screeching. Hotel doing construction. Started very early banging and hammering. No wash clothes in the room. Carpet ripped. Back door by the only parking area was broken. Had to walk around the building. Breakfast was terrible.

The woman at check in was anything but welcoming. Someone tried to get in our room by trying the door handle 5 minutes after we checked in. There were people being loud in the hallway. The biggest issue was the deodorizer that was used in the hallways,rooms,carpets was imbedded in my travel CPAP machine,tubing filters etc. it set off about 4-5 days of sinus issues which ruined several days while traveling. Poor rating = never again.

The beds were clean but the room was extremely outdated. The bathroom had holes in the wall and rust on the shower. It was loud all day on the hallway. At night time there was a loud noise all night sounding like a trumpet playing.
