Our hotel was amazing. It was also very handicapped accessible for my son and his wheelchair. I have to commend the breakfast manager that morning. He really took pride in his work and offered to assist me I had just broken my wrist.

Floor was extremely noisy, slamming doors etc. The ice machines only worked on floors 5-7, something was wrong with the toilet & there were times it wouldn’t flush, the water never did get hot for the shower, just lukewarm & the final straw was during breakfast the guy that refills everything just stood in the doorway staring at everyone. It was very creepy & he kept his gloves on all the while touching walls & doorways & handling food. I was very disappointed in this stay. I definitely expected better.
