I always look at reviews for Hotels because people have no reason to lie on here, well I will tell you this place was very clean, very comfortable bed, nice shower and the staff was great! Everything was top notch and so many places to eat close and they even have a restaurant which we didn’t use but it looked wonderful! Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect birthday getaway with kids

The room was amazing and clean. The pool was perfect and hot tub relaxing. The executive club access was amazing as was the food. All staff was helpful and friendly, well definitely stay there again.

2 nights in Columbus

This is a nice hotel. It is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and the exercise area/pool were very nice. However... during our stay, there were several groups of teen boys staying at the hotel. They were loud and unruly. On the first night of our stay, the group attempted to enter our room while we're were in bed, pushing aggressive on the door. The next night, the the group knocked on our door while we were in bed, not realizing they had the wrong room. The chaperones were also loud as they were trying to discipline the boys. The teens were loud and aggressive in the pool area causing us and others to leave. If you are planning to stay here, please keep this in mind. This hotel does have a lot of sports teams stay and some of the groups are quieter/louder than others.

Staff is great! Hotel and lobby are nice rooms are horrible 1st room the carpet was so bad they moved us to a different room which was better but still bad. Tried to take a shower but no hot water found out you have to turn the sink and shower both on and wait for 20min red roof inn has nicer rooms definitely wont stay again

Go somewhere else

We arrived to broken elevators. There were people running and pounding all night. At 3:00 AM the fire alarm was blaring. We walked down 6 flights of stairs to find out there was a water break and leaking into the lobby which caused the alarm. Awoke to no coffee to be found and nobody was willing to make any. I will NEVER stay at this Hilton again. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had.
