We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Worthington, OH. The room very clean and the beds super comfortable. We also felt the breakfast was exceptional! The food was hot; the area was clean and the staff in the kitchen and dining area were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 3pm for our checkin and had to wait in the lobby for 45mins because our suite was not ready. The room was musty smelling mixed with a wet dog smell, the main light in the entrance as well as bathroom main light did not work. The couch had stains on it to where we flipped the seat cushions over, the mattress on the pull out for the couch was not capable of being slept on. When we asked for extra towels since we had 2 adults and 2 children we never received them for both nights. Done with the holiday inn

Food was not all that great. Would have preferred bacon or sausage The omelet was not good Pancakes were though Service was great at the breakfast! Bed was too soft for us but room was terrific
