Staff (Jennifer mainly with her positive attitude and amazing singing voice) was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Super quiet and relaxing. Did not have breakfast but noticied there were plenty of options and well stocked. Excellent stay.

Stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Conroe over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was super clean, which we really appreciated, and the location made everything easy to get to. What stood out the most was how quiet it was—nice and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Hotel gave me trouble saying my room was not paid for and my card declined. I had receipt of paid with Expedia however they made me keep putting my card in and it was declined because of multiple duplicate charges too close together. Took staff too long to figure out I had paid. Unfortunately inconvenient when it’s late and you want to check in and hotel isn’t knowledgeable
