Made the booking though Expedia for private capsule. When I arrived they said all they had was a single bed in a 10 bed dorm. Even though the capsule was booked, confirmed and paid in full. They said there was nothing the could do. Over a year later they put charges on my credit. Location will not pick up phone after multiple attempts and will not respond to emails. Extremely disappointing.

The location was good and very walkable. We booked the pods and found them very uncomfortable. I recommend going for the rooms if available. Staff was good, check-in was easy. Place was clean.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was our first time in a hostel but we stayed in a private room. The room was small but had everything you needed! A full length mirror and hair dryer plus another mirror. Lots of plugs and a desk and chair. We found the room to be clean but the bathroom did smell constantly. Pillows were very thin (only complaint about the bedroom) Would be a good idea to move the toilet roll dispenser so it's not directly opposite the sink as it was a squeeze to fit to have a shower. The hostel is in a great location! Close to restaurants, shops, bars and the metro. We had a few drinks in the bar which we enjoyed (although very loud music in the evening haha). Friendly staff. I've read in another review that there is a basement bar which we didn't realise as that would have been good to use. Not sure if there was a sign to show you about the basement. We would recommend.

I was ok. The shared bathroom was a disgusting mess most of the time. The door code device on the door failed repeatedly causing me to be locked out in the hallway a couple times. On the bright side, the location is great and if you’re looking for a shared hostel room, the pod beds are nice

First time in a hostel and if they're all this good I'll do it again! Staff was all super relaxed and ready to help and explain anything. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in and YES it was clean!

Could be great but…

10am checkout is crazy. I went to the toilet, was locked out of my pod, room etc at 10.01am. Had to go into the street barely clothed, to go to the bar next door to gain access to my stuff. Took 30 minutes and two visits. Wet socks aside, 11am is pretty standard, but not giving even 10 minutes grace is unhelpful.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the city center and a host of restaurants and shops. The thing I didn't like was it was super noisy. Partying all night, until 0300-0400 in the a.m. Also, the bathroom set up was absolutely ridiculous. Super small and the shower head was located in the middle of the bathroom, above the sink and the toilet, so once you showered everything was wet. Although the location was perfect and the staff were friendly, the hostel itself was average. I think it's a good choice for single travelers who are only staying a day or two, but not for couples or those staying more longer than a couple of days.

I booked capsule for 2, it was clean and decent. However it is not well thought out not providing locker nearby of the capsule. All you belongings must go inside where you sleep, including coat bags etc… lockers are available downstairs in the bar (for a small fee I guess) but it is not convenient at all. Capsules are clean but noisy, you can hear every move of your neighbours :D including noises from the street. Toilets and showers quite clean, but they get dirty and busy especially in the morning, when they are being cleaned in most busy time. Nice bar and staff downstairs! Overall experience - ok, but would not stay there again.

Can’t beat the location. Even for a hostel this was the most minimal, kind of grimy property I have ever stayed at. We booked a private bathroom, and the shower was a trickle from a shower head above the toilet and sink. The toilet paper had to be taken out of the space, so it didn’t get soaked when showering. The overhead light was also burned out. It was a bit like camping.
