This is not about staff…who were all great. But a hotel that can’t give you a bottle of water or breakfast without you paying for it in advance (rather than on check out) has some serious trust issues. The staff were very nice. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms basic and small but clean. Plus the location more than made up for it. I just prefer staying somewhere where the system doesn’t think I’m trying to steal water.

Great location and wonderful staff! Room and lobby were very clean. Room size is small but cozy. Since the room was small we relaxed in the lobby and enjoyed hot coffee after a day of sight-seeing. Very relaxing. Highly recommend Hotel Bethel!

Great location, friendly staff, only downside is the awkward shower. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower itself is small and the shower curtain is not water resistant and smelled like mold.

Fantastic spot. Great front desk service. Perfect tourist base. Shower water didn’t get as warm as I would have liked but not a big concern, especially given how affordable the hotel is.

The hotel is in a beautiful area and is very easily accessible by metro from the airport. It was ideal for our short overnight layover as we got to see a nice little slice of the city in a short time.

An excellent small hotel

An excellent small hotel. Our room was a perfect small size, enough wardrobe and drawer space for our 4 nights. Immaculately clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Hot showers and a wonderful view over Nyhavn restaurants but no noise at night. The continental breakfast, juices, cereal choice, yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses, breads, boiled eggs, salad, tea and coffee was well presented and efficiently replenished to provide a great start to the day.

Hotel Bethel is on the Nyhavn part of Copenhagen, which was perfect for my wife and I. Short walk from the city metro train, we found the attractions we wanted to be within walking distance. Cost of this hotel is quite reasonable, especially when compared to others in the area. Highly recommended!

Its an average 3 star priperry with a cute common area. Rooms arent the cleanest-carpets and overall feel bit the location cant be beat. Its right on the canal at Nyhavn. Restaurants are close by and no need to travel far to get the pictureaque famous Copenhagen pic. Kongens Nytirv metro is a 5 minute walk away.

Absolutely amazing location. You can walk everywhere from here. Restaurants and landmarks are all very close. Would definitely stay here again. We were even lucky enough to get access to our room a couple of hours before check in time.
