This place was disgusting. check in someone handed me a key card told me the room number. First room Tv cords were pulled out.Needless to say TV didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Second room. NO TOASTER , NO MICROWAVE Neither room had POTS, PANS, SILVERWARE. People smoking marijuana outside. Front desk person gid by the third time we went into the office. . Please for love of God do not stay here. The bathroom tub was gross. Save your money it looks nothing like the pictures and the reviews were inaccurate.

My Favorite Getaway

I’ve been here a few times and the service is always great. The rooms are always available for check in when I arrive . Very fast service. Shannon is the absolute best ! She’s so kind and reassuring as well. I definitely would recommend .

The property was extremely dirty and not maintained. Doors dirty. Walkways dirty. Interior room floor sticky. Toilet bowl moldy under edge. Noisy. Neighboring units have residents hanging around outside making noise. I hate to bring all this up but I’m pretty upset that Expedia sent me here. It was not good. Not even a trash can in my room. Big trash cans by stairwell only. and

Scary and never again

I needed a room just for one night in town I picked this one for the price and location. The check in was horrible very RUDE lady and was NOT happy with the 100 they hold. It’s smelled of weed and was disgusting property! The toliet was dirty and a fridge full of someone’s food. People were hanging outside smoking weed. I was literally scared to be there .

I checked into my reservation at 11:30 pm after a late flight and after being told that I had the last available room for the night, I walked over to my room to find the door open, bed unmade as if someone had been laying in it and the shower running with someone inside. There was also a police car driving around the parking lot patrolling the area, and I felt very unsafe. I immediately left as I didn’t feel comfortable staying there knowing there was somebody in my room so late at night without the staff’s knowledge.

Room was nice everything worked. Bathroom and kitchenette were pretty gross. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower, tile was filthy. Food stuck on microwave and wall by the burners.

Reservations apparently don't matter

Had a reservation and when i got there a very rude young lady came out from the back looking annoyed that i interrupted her personal phone call to tell me they didn't have any rooms. I explained that was okay i had a reservation. With no empathy she said she sold all the rooms and that i would need to deal with Hotels.com to get a refund. When i asked why she sold my room she stood there silently and just shook her head. When i asked if she knew what a reservation is she again did not respond. I tried one more time to try to get any response from her and asked what's the point of making a reservation if she is just going to sell all the rooms. Again just stood there shaking her head.

First room, the main light switch didn't work. Switched & various concerns. Front door was in poor condition, 1 light by bed didn't work, outlets by the beds were "plugged" & not usable, bath tub was disgusting dirty & disrepair, bathroom light switch cover broken, stove switch also exposed because of broken cover, fridge handles sticky, no hangers, floors felt dirty, noisy neighbors as it appears people live here for extended periods. Will never stay here again. Stayed at number of Motel 6 & this Studio 6 is one of the worst ever.

I will not return.

The owner of this place should be required to live here until it is updated and everything is fixed. I find it hard to believe that the city has not condemned this property. I originally booked 2 nights but only stayed one. I seriously considered leaving the first night and going somewhere else. It was late and I was tired. The first room had no air. I moved to a different room with air. The employee was helpful. She refunded the second night. I think I should be refunded for the entire stay. If you choose to stay there after reading this then it is on you.

When I arrived, I was told that there was no room available due to overbooking. I called Expedia, and they resolved the issue, but the room I was given smelled like smoke, and the bathtub was broken. Since they said there were no other rooms available, I endured it for the night and changed rooms the next day, but the smoke smell was the same. The staff was responsive, but I would never stay there again.
