The villa has ambient temperature settings throughout, which can be controlled according to weather and makes this ideal for using the villa all year round.Outside there is a large patio seating area, 5m x 8m heated swimming pool(Its depth is 1.5m in the whole pool), with 6 sunbeds,3 parasols, swing-seat, barbecue, outside eating facilities and private parking.
