Probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever met in the service industry. Jesse’s professionalism and hospitality would make him a perfect fit for the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, or any high-end hotel. During check-in, we asked about local food options, and Jesse provided us with multiple recommendations. Thanks to him, we enjoyed some incredible meals that only locals know about!

Hotel was in a nice location and the staff was really great for our check in. Loved the list of food places they give you . There were a couple of things though… they add a $50 deposit when you get there which is not bad at all , just unexpected. Also , we were in room 410 and the floor had several spots were there were dips in it. We felt like we might fall through (sure that wouldn’t happen but still). Rooms don’t look as in good of shape as they do in pics

Terrible management

Terrible experience here. I travel with a service dog and this property doesn’t even try to hide the disregard for the law. Was asked multiple times what my service dog was for and forced to fill out a fo asking what my disability was and why i needed a service for. Room it’s self was average for the area and on the crappy side for holiday inn but the rent parking out and freely admit you may not have a spot unless you pay for it . Railing weren’t mounted properly on the balcony and were plastic. Tiles in the bathroom were so uneven you trip or bust up your feet, rust and stains everywhere, carpets coming up, noisy due to the bar right out front, and the LED parking lights are so bad you can’t enjoy the ocean view room you pay for.

Bed unreasonably tall

The bed was so unreasonably high that I needed a boost to get in. Each time I got up I had to wake my husband to give me a boost. Sofa was unreasonably low as well. Overall very uncomfortable room.

The breakfast is meant to be until 9:30 AM. However, even at 9:00 AM if certain items are over they will not refill. Some staff are nice, while there are others who aren’t. They gave me a kids towel for the pool while there were other adult towels. Seems like he was a racist since it was evident he gave adult towels for other people.

Best Island Hotel

This hotel is AMAZING and is our go-to stop when on the island. We always get a suitroom since we are a bigger family and it is perfect. Walking distance from the beach, several restaurants in the area to order from. Breakfast is always great and they have a huge selection.

Staff nice and attentive - hotel a little tired.

Hotel in need of basic maintenance. A/C didn’t work well - more humid in room than out in the beach air. Furnishings worn and in need of replacement or repair. Just got the feeling franchise owners not investing in the property.
