While the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, the overall experience was satisfactory. The breakfast options were diverse and well-prepared. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

A/C worked terribly. When we checked in, the front desk clerk looked as if she didn’t want to be there. There’s is NO smart TV’s in the rooms, so forget about streaming. The TV’s were smaller than other hotels.

I found pubic hair on my sheets, two black curly hairs. The breakfast were mediocre. The eggs and sausage were mushy and the baked goods stale. I am having billing problems too, another charge for $560 pending and a $650 fee. I had two rooms and was not aware of pet charges were going to be charged. It would have been courtesy to at least inform me of these charges and purpose. Two rooms $170 one night turned into a nightmare.
