Padre Beach View 210 on unelmalomien totta! Kompleksissa on täydellinen yhdistelmä itärannikon lomakoti-arkkitehtuuria ja rehevää trooppista maisemointia. Uima-altaan alueella on grillausmahdollisuus, lepotuoleja, piknikpöytiä, Cabanasia, lasten roiskepohja ja se on keskittynyt ympäri vuoden nautittavaksi kuumennetun kuohuviinin suolaisen uima-altaan ympärille. Ranta on kadun toisella puolella, ja lukuisat alueen nähtävyydet, kuten täysin uusi Schlitterbahn-vesipuisto, Mustang Islandin osavaltion puisto ja Padre Islandin kansallinen rannikko ovat kaikki muutaman mailin päässä.

INTERIOR
Tämä kauniisti sisustettu kaupunkitalo on silloin, kun moderni kohtaa rannikon tyylikkäät. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on graniittitiskit ja kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, on runsaasti säilytys- ja vastatilaa perhetyylisten aterioiden tai välipaloja varten rannalle. Tämän ylellisen kaupunkiasunnon ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoimen konseptin mukainen olohuone, maalaistyyliset ruokapöydät ja keittiösaaribaari, johon mahtuu ylimääräisiä ihmisiä - täydellinen kokoontumispaikka koko ryhmälle. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu, puoli kylpyamme ja pääsy yksityiseen aidattuun patioon. Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ovat yläkerrassa ja jokaisessa on kauniit mittatilaustyönä tehdyt päätylaudat. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja oma parveke, josta on näkymät lahden yli. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa mukava queen-vuode, nämä kaksi huonetta jakavat käytävän kylpyhuoneen. Yläkerran parvella on myös täysikokoinen futon ja oleskelutilassa 2 queen-size-kokoontaitettava sänky; joten yksikkö mahtuu helposti 12 vierasta.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Whitecap Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff responded quickly to all my calls. We have stayed at this complex several times over the last 10 years. We picked this condo because of the photo with the view and furniture. We were disappointed that we did not have any furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a peeling ceiling, a big roach, and a spider. The kitchen was clean, but the dishes were dirty, with food still stuck to them.We ended up washing all the dishes we were going to need. The cabinets white laminate was peeling, which made opening them a bit hard. The downstairs toilet was clogged, and the plunger next to it was broken. This condo is perfect for hosting a large family gathering. We saw three extra beds and they have stocked the kitchen with plenty of dishes for a big gathering. Management was quick to respond to the roach issue and we did not see any more while there. They offered to send someone to wash our dishes but we had already done that. Hoping they get furniture for the upper deck because it is a wonderful view.

Coast trip

Struggled with the stove. Front 2 main burners didnt work. Wasted almost 2 hours the first morning trying to make breakfast. They did have someone come and confirm they weren’t working but couldn't get anyone to fix them until after we left. Also tried washing clothes and the dryer didn’t not dry the clothes. Otherwise, stay was ok. The property is in a good location and easy to get to the beach with a golfcart.

Check in time is listed as 4pm when we arrived at 355pm still had no check on directions so at 415pm I called number listed and took several minutes for someone to answer and when they finally did the man on the line was friendly and gavee info for checkin. A business should be held to checkin times as we as consumers are held to the price as listed and we pay in advance for this accomodations...

The location was good and the view of the gulf from the upstairs balcony was great. The kitchen cookware is substandard and the pans were dirty. The cast iron skillet was rusty and had food residue as well. The unit has two coffee pots but no filters. I would suggest upgrading kitchen cookware.

Clean, nice view but infested with roaches

Nice property close to Whitecap beach. Enjoyed the view from the master bedroom balcony. Rooms were all nice and clean. Looked great by first appearance. However each night and morning we would see and have to kill a few small roaches. And one HUGE one up in one of the bedrooms. We did read this on one other review, but had hoped they had taken care of it. We made the best out of it. But watched our food and stuff very carefully. Had to shake out all our clothes and bags before we packed up in hopes to not take any with us. We did end up leaving the night before our checkout morning. We did mention it to owners. Hope that they can get it taken care of as it was a nice place other then the roaches.

Wonderful townhouse and location

We loved the place and location. Yes, there were still roaches in the kitchen area only. Management did have the place professionally sprayed before we arrived. Management provided roach spray so we sprayed everyday and kept the countertops free from food items. The good thing was that we didn’t see any roaches the last two days of our stay. Also, people parked in both of the parking spots due to the numbers on the parking spots not being visible enough. Very nice place though. Continue spraying and repaint numbers on parking spot. We like the location, layout and "starter kit" of supplies. Unfortunately our parking was not clearly marked and we had to keep asking folks to move. But the worst part was the cockroaches. Hopefully they will bomb the place before the next guests arrive.

Roaches everywhere!!! They sent an exterminator while we were there. The roaches were coming and attacking food as we cooked it. It’s such a nice condo to be infested like that. Ugh gross!

The condo was nice but after having cheese and crackers in kitchen all the cockroaches came out. Baby ones is the utility drawer, a large one over the microwave cabinet. We were not compensated enough for the inconvenience plus I couldn't invite my family that were going to help pay for the place because of the roaches. GROSS

The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The condo was good sized lots of room and there was a TV in every room. There were some issues, we could not get the balcony door to open, the dryer did not dry the clothes very well. We had to restart the dryer more then once for each load. There was ants lining the kitchen floors. We could not figure out where they were coming from. Some of the dishes were not properly washed and cleaned in the cabinets.

Cozy beach house very well located

Almost everything around the house was great, from cozy decor, to internet speed, kitchen hardware or cleanliness. The only exception was that we could not access the patio downstairs because the door locks were deteriorated due to salty weather... that should be replaced. Suggest that the parking spots # are repainted as well because they re hard to read and sometimes we found a car parked in the wrong spot

Great place!!

I would definitely come back! Great location to the beach. My only suggestion is brighter numbers for the assigned parking and maybe some type of plastic drawers in the closets for rooms without a dresser which both are easy fixes.

Great place, perfect walking distance to beach!

The townhouse was great, clean and enough space for my family! The only issues we ran into was it not being available at check in- we needed to wait with groceries and tired kids to get in. And at checkout as we were loading our stuff, we were automatically locked out with still some minutes to spare (all I needed was to get one more thing and turn up the air conditioner). I was able to get ahold of the property management easily enough and they gave me a one time code- but it was stressful knowing I just needed to run in one last time! Overall though it was a great place and would definitely come back!
