Convenient to the Orange County airport, the Ayres was everything we needed for a quick trip to So Cal. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Service desk was very kind and helped me find a lost bathing suit that was dropped on my way to my room. Only suggestion I have would be more hooks to hang towels, ect. especially if we are trying to conserve water by not having the room cleaned everyday.

Great experience. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to gas stations, Chipotle, Taco Bell in case you need something quick or don’t want to order from the restaurant. Plank flooring in the rooms which is great since we did go to the beach. Was about 30-40 mins away from Pacific coast highway but Ubers were easily to get.

Everything looked upscale and proper. However, the room was drenched in artificial air freshener toxic smell. It was so hard to breath in the room. We opened the windows and everything. It was so bad. Even our clothes inside the suitcase still smelled days after we returned home.

I loved the decor of this property! it was so beautiful as well as clean. The restaurant/bar is in the courtyard and made for a wonderful reprieve from the day. So beautiful - I will stay again!

My room was very nice and clean, spacious, great bed,restaurant on site is a plus, but guest were super noisy, not respectful, and not at all nice or friendly. Staff was super nice and helpful. It s right on the high way and the traffic was noisy. The hotel itself is great but the neighborhood not so good.

We loved our stay at this Ayres hotel! It was so charming! We loved our room and the pool and the food at the restaurant and the beautiful courtyard with the fountain that gave us Europe/Italy vibes and our room and the filtered water dispenser and all the model ships and pictures in the hallways and the staff. It was such a fun, memorable, beautiful experience for us!

It reeks to so much cleaning products. It’s doesn’t smell just clean it smells like overpowering cleaning products. Like A LOT! The room and the property. Idk if it’s just protocols but it smell was soooooo strong it gave us headaches and was barely able to sleep.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is very clean, but the heavy/perfumy smell of air freshener and deodorizers is just too much. Same with the room - stop with trying to cover up old odors that have set in. Entire building(s) and rooms are in need of upgrading - replace carpet, drapes and wall paper.

It was good. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC helped to keep the room at good temperatures. The bathroom was nice, but had not bar of soap upon entry. Areas inside the hotel were nice, and the pool/outdoor dining area looked very cozy and welcoming.
