The room was well used. The door jam looked like it has been kicked in by the cops a few times, missing trim etc.. Room was noisy with traffic from freeway, but the TV had a lot of good movies and it was fairly clean.

Roaches all over the room. Stayed in the room for 30 minutes before turning my keys back in. Then neither the property nor hotels.com would refund me. So I'll never be using your service again. Hope it was worth $75 losing someone that has booked over 100 trips on your service

It was the worst. The manager could be heard cussing and yelling loud by front desk. I was given room facing over major freeway. The windows so old n no stripping around door to stop the noice. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE RUDE AND THE PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS UPGRADES.

Due to unsafe, unsanitary, and hazardous conditions, we were forced to check out early and relocate to a safer hotel. The property was surrounded by homeless individuals and abandoned, trash-filled vehicles, raising safety concerns. The room emitted a strong odor of urine, had broken or unsecured windows, and was infested with cockroaches. The bed presented a physical hazard due to exposed nails protruding from the frame. The bathroom contained live snails and visible mold. These conditions rendered the accommodation uninhabitable and left us with no reasonable option but to vacate early and secure alternative lodging.

The room was really clean and spacious. Staff was really nice and accommodating. The only thing was the breakfast wasn’t that great. They only had waffles and muffins. Nothing else. So if you’re not somebody that eats breakfast, then it wouldn’t matter to you. Other than that, we would stay here again.

This property is severely misrepresented and should not be marketed as a quality accommodation. Despite booking a king-size, non-smoking room well in advance, we were assigned a room with visible mold throughout the bathroom, a strong and persistent odor, torn and visibly dirty bedding, and an uncleaned carpet that felt sticky underfoot. These conditions are objectively unsanitary and pose a potential health risk. We immediately notified hotel management and provided photographic evidence of the mold and overall lack of cleanliness. Management refused to relocate us unless we paid an additional fee to “upgrade,” despite the fact that we had already booked a premium room. No reasonable accommodation or refund was offered. The room bore no resemblance to what was advertised online, raising serious concerns regarding false advertising and consumer misrepresentation. The hotel demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Because the property refused to address the issue, our vacation was effectively ruined, and we were left without a refund. Expedia was contacted to report these conditions and to question why a property in this state remains listed. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The conditions, management response, and business practices are unacceptable.
