Our vehicle broke down Sat night.We were car-less at 12 noon Sunday morning, we attempted an early check-in to refresh & store our luggage. But were denied. Reason being most guest Don't check out till after 12 noon and check-in was 3 PM. We we're forced to pack all of our luggage into our friend's car. And then travel up to Inglewood for a football game, changing into our clothes in the parking lot in Inglewood.

If you are looking for a motel 6 stay this is it. Otherwise I do not recommend staying here. The hotel had a strange odor from lobby to room. The room was dirty, dingy and the whole feel of the place was not one of safety. I am a single female, and I told staff I didn’t feel safe and the room is unclean and they refused to refund me. They did not check me out when I clearly stated I am not staying and returned the keys. I received a check out notification by email, despite my request. I paid for another hotel room elsewhere costing me two hotel stays. In short, horrible customer service, unsafe and unclean.

Several Cockroaches in the room. Beds that were slanted - my feet were above my head. Cigarette burn marks in the nightstand and on the bathroom counter. Horrible breakfast option.

This room was so gross that we had to leave and book another hotel room nearby. We checked in at 3pm during a torrential downpour, dropped our bags, and went to an event. When we got back around 11pm, I discovered cockroach nymphs and decided that, plus the fact that the bathroom was less clean than most gas stations I've seen, and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke was enough and we could not stay. The man at the front desk offered to move us to another room - No, thank you. He offered to upgrade us - To what? A room with MORE cockroaches? Nope. We ended up at the Courtyard by Marriott by the airport. It was great. Also, this "hotel" refused to refund our stay...so book at your own risk.

The 1st room was not what was reserved and paid for. Ordered a king bed room, received a room with 2 double beds looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Went back to office to request another room (single bed/King) and front desk person said you get what you paid for. Was very rude, kept saying you get what you paid for, kept trying to upsale me to a more expensive room. The property is inhabited by some really sketchy people. Management at this property is really rude, room condition was terrible, linens were stained. Left a day early, wasn’t comfortable staying there.
