Reservation error

I called a month before my stay and reserved 3 rooms. One of which should have been a handicap room. I called two weeks in advance to confirm reservation and handicap room. I called the day before our arrival date to confirm the reservation. Upon arrival I was told there was no handicap room for the dates I reserved. Dissatisfied customer

We booked a room with a King bed. They were out when we arrived at 6:00 pm. . Television didn’t work in our room. Which after driving 550 miles, we wanted to relax and watch weather/news. As there were tornadoes..we wanted updates. We told front desk, they said we could move to a room upstairs. Which after they checked tv situation it was late.

This hotel was not up to date the bed was not comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a tiny room with 2 full beds. I would not recommend.

The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area was fun and very unique. The breakfast was very nice. The lack of an elevator was a problem. And being next to a huge truck stop was an issue for noise and feeling safe walking to the near by places to eat.
