room was ok,but when we went to the room, it was open with that door stop keeping it open, didn't know why, but it was late and didn't feel like going to the desk. some of the hall way smelt like smoke, even though it is a non smoking hotel, but we were just staying the night and leaving early. the breakfast was good.

The shower nob was broken. Breakfast time was not told, so when we came 8:30,, thinking it's till 10 on the weekend, there was no more eggs, muffin, but was never refilled.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of smoke, dispute being a smoke free hotel. There was also a dirty towel on the floor. We were given another room, but it smelled worse like mildew. We left and did not stay the night.

Room was ok, we got a suite so we wouldn't have to sit on the bed the whole stay but the "couch" was so uncomfortable we didn't even sit on it, room was relatively clean, bed was comfy, hallway had a smell to it, Breakfast was surprisingly very good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and quiet, but dated. The only issue we had was the fact that there was no elevator and to access the rooms you have to take the stairs from the main lobby. We had my mother with us who has difficulty walking and climbing stairs. We got her to the room and made sure she didn't have to leave again until we checked out. We opted to go out and bring back food to the room rather than the challenge of getting her up and down the stairs again.

Room was very dirty . Toilet is not clean, had a 2x 4 piece of wood holding up the sink. The whole hotel Smelt very bad . No stopper in bathroom sink , it have trash down in it. Windows had a white film over half of it , could not see outside . The breakfast was out date yougert , rotten oranges and rubber eggs. The only good thing was the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

Lobby staff was great- friendly, efficient. Breakfast items were good except some of the egg patties were ice cold. Breakfast staff told client that sausage gravy was oatmeal. I corrected the info. Desk chair in room was VERY worn on front edge. Room was clean and comfortable. No soap for shower

Good 2.5 star motel. Beds were very comfy , clean rooms and ge eral areas and everything was in good condition and repair. Breakfast was good in a roomy area.

Convenient to Downtown Cincinnati, serviceable bed, shower was fine. Bathroom had stink bugs, cobwebs and hair on the floor. Common areas/hallways had crumbs and other junk tracked in. I waited to check in while someone was in the back area playing on their phone. I’m not here to vilify anyone or anything, but you can probably do a little better if you’re visiting Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky for an extra couple bucks.
