The property was clean and check-in process was quick and easy. Definitely make sure you physically have your ID or you cannot check in. That happened to my friend who tried to check in with a picture of her ID. She had to get her boyfriend to check in and change the name on the reservation. The room was clean with no problems. The water park was amazing. The water was nice and warm. There were lots of different amenities, like the cabanas, slides, swim up bar, lazy river, etc. We were even able to use the waterpark the day we checked out. We checked out at 11AM and used the water park until about 1-2PM. They were offering complimentary hilton points and discounts on future vacations - only downfall was you had to book at that time and go within the year. Food and drink options were pretty good - we only stayed one night so we did not get to use a lot of the hotel's other amenities. We mostly went for the water park. Parking was easy and hotel employees were readily available to assist.

Have stayed here many times , it was nice to see they have started updating Prepaid the stay and when I checked in Front Desk charged additional fees for use of water park pools etc.. which I explained we were there for a business trip and had no interest in these ameneties ...hidden fees not cool Placed order for in room dining , which is now done via QR code , had issues called front desk and they claimed we could not talk with kitchen to confirm receipt of order after having to argue with staff finally someone called us back. Food an Beverage manager delivered personally ( nice guy ) apologized for issues. Next morning wanted to make coffee and of course no regular coffee supplied. DECAF only ...right next to the QR code to suggest a tip ??? Heres a tip Stay elsewhere

Amazing stay! The pool is great( pricey and unorganized trying to get seats). Go early in the day or wait til after 2pm to get better pricing. I would avoid holidays and weekends if you want a relaxing pool experience. With that being said, the hotel is very clean, spacious and the staff was well trained. Major kudos!
