Very friendly staff, although they give you almost no information at check-in, for example, they don’t tell you where to find the pool or give you a map of the facility… Those would be things that would be better improved. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fabulous, particularly the omelet station. The fitness centre is fantastic. The indoor pool has a very funny musty smell. The hot tub was unfortunately not working while we were there. The outdoor pool is lovely but a bit of a trek to get to, and they don’t stock it with towels… You have to take some from the indoor pool on your way, which would’ve also been nice to know! The whole hotel has a very funny smell to it, a bit musty with perfume. The rooms are recently renovated and very nice, other than the window is really small, and the bathroom still has really old school flooring in the shower. The hotel looks like it was built in the 70s, and it’s brick and definitely has a vibe of one of the old universities we attended. There is a very amazing walk if you follow the jogging paths and go through settler Park. We saw a turtles swimming in the pond. Overall, this was an extensive and very nice hotel, but with the 70s vibe, the smells, and the non-functioning, hot tub, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I recently stayed here for a trip with my son to see the Packers play the Cowboys. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We especially enjoyed Bonnie & Clydes - the lobby bar & grill. The bartenders were excellent, and I found the food to be reasonably priced and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good welcome at reception late in the evening. Had problem with sink in bathroom, stopper would not keep open.Did report it. No writing paper or a pen/pencil in room, poor for a Hilton. Shuttle bus was full on return to airport.

I reserved here because i liked the indoor pool and the hot tub to spend time with my kids. And also the said that close at midnight. But when we get there the indoor pool was in renovation. They have a outdoor pool but the only way to get there is with stair and we traveled with a baby 10 month old and a toddler, we have a stroller and we couldn’t go to the pool. The breakfast is amazing, you have to try the omelet. Maybe we had a better experience when they open the pool again.
