Great location. Close to everything. Ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. They text you to check on you. Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Quiet. Only issues is the room was freezing but it did warm up and they brought a heater in the meantime. And could stand to be updated some. But would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing and the lady doing the breakfast worked hard to keep it clean and always full of food! We stayed 3 nights and everything went great hot tub and pool were nice kids had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was our room wasnt flipped. They do every other day which is fine! The lady working saturday evening was able to get us what we needed but house keeping noted they came by our room. If they did nothing was left for us. This is my only reason for 4 stars.

Close to mall and downtown grapevine Amy and Zara were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. Amy was always very cheerful and great the grandkids. Will definitely stay again
