We enjoyed the stay. Room and bathroom were cleaned, floor did hair some hair could have Ben swept better but no big deal. Staff was friendly, professional. Only thing seems like night crew need more help had to stand and wait for someone to come to counter to check us in. U seats d they were checking floors and making sure accommodations were met for others. Overall,we would stay again

Stayed at this property several times. The only problems I have had in the past is the internet is terrible. Unable to work during my stay. Elevator issues the last 2 times I stayed. May choose another hotel due to these issues the next time I'm in the area. Great location, awesome breakfast, clean.

We were in Rockwall for a wedding. The Hyatt Hotel was a great venue for family to get together in the lounge areas. The staff was very hospitable. The buffet breakfast was always very delicious. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Many good restaurants in the area.

Quick Rockwall Trip

My only complaint is that air conditioner never got cold enough for me. It came off & on way too frequently & was very noisy. There is no “auto” setting on the thermostat. There is only “High” and “Low” which is not very helpful. I like a very cold sleeping space & that simply was not possible in the room I stayed in.

The lumpiest bed ever. It was extremely soft, which we could deal with, but it was like the mattress was shredded and sheets put over it.
