Property is right off the expressway and it is also near the lake. So many different restaurants and stores within a mile from the hotel. This is my hotel that I will stay at every time I come to Dallas area.

Housekeeping was horrible .. didn’t even make up your beds when they came in .. they were in such a rush and didn’t come to your room unless you requested them.

Hotel was very nice, room was comfortable, but I wasn't told until after I checked in and was given a room on the 3rd floor that the elevator was broken. I have breathing issues and was traveling alone. Carrying my bag and climbing 3 flights of stairs nearly did me in.

Great place to stay.

This was an excellent choice to make a stopover on our way back home. From the time we walked through the doors until walking out, everything and everyone on staff were helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Everything was very good except that the elevator was out for about a day and a half. We were on the fourth floor so we had a little walking to do, but at least we didn’t have to haul the suitcases up. I felt badly for older people or people with suitcases.

Great overnight stay visiting family. Would’ve liked all rooms on the same floor but didn’t think of it until we were already checked in. Breakfast was a little skimpy but we didn’t make it down until 9:30 and it closed at 10. Rooms were very spacious and well furnished. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay.

The Staff at the Hyatt where very rude and not helpful at all. Gregory is who we checked in with the first night and every time we asked a question he would come back very short and was rude in his response like our simple question was an inconvenience for him and taking him away from him laughing and cutting up with his friends. We were very unhappy with our stay and didnt ever want to come back or stay at a hyatt again.
