I find soap piece smashed in the tub. Is a double bed and sofa bed. Meaning at lease 6 people will be there. We were 4 and only 3 wash cloths, hair in the tub and floors. And in a 4th of July weekend I needed a getaway I liked the pool here in the pictures because I had booked at the Hilton across the street but wanted quiet location so because pool I choose this hotel but it was out of service no notice until I got to the hotel after driving two hours on 4th of July I didn’t expect that. Kids disappointed, had to drive to a water park. So nope I didn’t had a good experience

This Hyatt Place is in a great location. Loads of dining options, shopping options,and easy access. They serve a good breakfast with a lot of food options. But most importantly, the entire staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The front desk staff was always welcoming and helpful. I give them 10 stars!

I have stayed at many Hyatts and this one was the worst. When we first got to our room, the room was hot. It wasn’t cool down until the next day, but it did get hot again in the room. The whole hotel was hot. We left our room Saturday morning around 10 o’clock and when we walked out, we saw the housekeeping ladies. When we returned at 3:00 PM, our room hadn’t been cleaned. I called front desk and they said it was because they were only two cleaning people and that they were gone for the day. We didn’t have towels in our room was dirty. We didn’t get towels until that night. That was very inconvenient, especially since I was traveling with three young kids. When I talked to the front desk person Sunday morning at checkout about my concerns, they gave me the number to the general manager. They also said they didn’t know why the other people told me they were only two cleaning people. He told me that they clean the rooms every other day. This was not told to me when I checked in. I would have booked something else. Also, we couldn’t use the pool because it was closed.

Wonderful Hotel

Great trip. The room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only 2 small things. I wish I could set the fan on the AC to always on. Also the elevator closet to outside is a bit rough with a jolt as yiu reach the 4th floor.

Check in was easy. The room was clean; plenty of towels. But I’d recommend skipping the free breakfast, and just have coffee. Not sure what the “meat” was on the buffet, but it wasn’t real bacon.
