Very dirty with weed smell all over room

Very ugly , dirty and not cleaned! room smelled all weed and couch was very dirty as someone just puked on it. the room size with two queen bed was good factor.

The elevator was not working and neither was the lobby coffee maker. The elevator has been down for a year according to the front desk. The property is badly run down. No one at the front desk. Have to call a number to get service. Charges $40 to check in one hour early even though the hotel wa almost empty. Over all a poor experience.

I dont normally leave reviews but this had to be told. I Waited until the last minute to book a hotel & ended up here. Checked in around midnight. The elevator was broken. After walking 3 flights of stairs, my keycard did not work, called the front desk 3x from my phone, no answer, so i walked back down the stairs. Got a new key walked back up 3 flights of stairs while carrying my belongings, still did work, so i had to be let in by staff & was told i would receive a new room in the morning. Didnt realize until i woke up there was a Dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, also no remote in the room and a few cobwebs for some reason i woke up around 430am & was unable to return to sleep on account of a tv & music blaring next door. So i called the front desk & asked if i could go ahead and change rooms. Changed rooms entered the room and there were dead roaches in the room, i stopped counting at 3, grabbed my things and went back downstairs. Only to be told I'd have to wait until after 11 for a room to be cleaned. I received a new room that afternoon, thought everything was fine until it was time for bed and everything time i dozed off, i was awaken everytime the heater turn on, it let out a loud noise. The night shift clerk was very helpful & tried to resolve the issues. I do not recommend waiting until the last minute to book a room & definitely do not recommend here. Hotel rooms need work. With all the issues i should have been paid, instead of paying them.

I was impressed with this place, I expected less. I only gave a lower grade due to the following. First thing in the room some lights were strobing they were fixed, next thing the tv remote did not work, was replaced, when I went to take a shower, the water no matter how low I turned it down it was extremely hot, I could not shower, then I went to fix my nightly popcorn the microwave did not work. We moved to another room the next day. all was fine until went started packing for home, my big canvas bag that I used as a suitcase was missing. It was probably left in the first room, no one had that room before we left, so I can only believe it was kept by someone employed there. It was a $40 bag that is no longer available and cannot be replaced, I had only used it twice.

Not a good stay

The room was missing drawers too the dressers, the bathroom door stuck, and was broken. The room smelled of mold and mildew until the air conditioning was turned on the remote did not work for the TVs had to be moved to another room. There was dust and mold on the ceiling as well as the air conditioning unit.

We went to our first room and the light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on. I called down to the front desk and they told us they’d switch us. We walked back down two flights, got a key, walked up three flights, and went to our new room. It was filthy. The tub hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and a penny by the bed, which definitely made it seem like they hadn’t cleaned the floors. The ceiling had black all over it. I don’t know if it was mold or dust. The elevator didn’t work. I went down at 8:40 for the 6-9 breakfast. There was no coffee. I will never stay there again and recommend you stay away too.

Place smelled bad

The hall way was hot and smelled strongly of marijuana, my room reeked of stale cigarettes, the hair dryer in bathroom did not work, the clock radio did not work, the whole place had a rundown appearance. I expected better for what the room cost.

Rude front staff personnel, came in at 10:50pm to check in and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to check us in. No one would answer front phone the reservation was already there. Woman acted as if I inconvenienced her by making her get up and do her job.
