I like to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Dayton. I LOVE the pool. It's big enough to actually get some exercise in. This hotel is always quiet. The breakfast is always very good.

I won’t stay at any other hotel in the area unless they are unavailable. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the service is amazing. Breakfast is provided but not the best I have ever had but passible. The pool area is clean and indoor. The recent re-model has created very comfortable rooms.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Dayton as part of a two-week vacation. This was easily the best hotel of the trip. Comfortable, clean, no noise issues. Room and shower were spacious. Convenient location. Only negative is the breakfast was mediocre, but almost no hotel has good breakfast anymore.

Don’t know why hotels.com has such high ratings for this place. The hallways and elevator have carpeting that is extremely dirty and smelly. Our room was ok but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The breakfast was not good and the coffee was undrinkable it tasted so bad.

Aforadable and clean

First room had AC issues when checking in however the staff worked quickly to change our room and ensure we had a working AC. Was very pleased wirh the service. Room was clean and quiet. Was in town for Hamvention, would stay here again.

The room was very nice clean and modern. The hallway looked like it was recently painted. Carpet in the room was clean but the hallway carpet looked older with a few stains leading me to think the rooms may have been newly remodled.

Happy Guests

We travel to the area often to visit family and stay at this hotel a lot. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The rooms have been updated and are comfortable. The breakfast is good but wish that they had a bit more, like cheese etc. for the eggs and perhaps gravy for the biscuits. A big kudos to the gentleman who takes care of the breakfast. He is constantly making sure all is well and clean with the area, and even offered to make me some waffles!

This is a good hotel! It was clean, my room was comfortable, quiet and very very clean! The desk and breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very simple but fit MY needs well. There was ample, well lit parking and easy access to major roads and highways! I will book here again when I return to the Dayton Ohio area. I recommend this hotel.
