Kaitlin was so darn helpful today. My husband and I came in last minute for surgery on his cancer tomorrow. I screwed up in booking on Expedia, I booked a room that didn't have a tub. My husband greatly needed a tub not a shower. She called a manager, who was freaking amazing, she fixed our reservation with just a small upgrade price. They were very awesome. The room is a queen suite. It is very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. Daytona is hard to get a decent room This is directly across from the Daytona Beach speedway, and so close to a lot of things to do and places to eat! We were locals so we knew you have to pay a little more to have a clean comfy stay in this town!! Great job staff!!! Thank you so much for your help 🙏.

Nice place and very convenient for speedway ... I asked for a accessible room and what I got was a room with a tub with handles, but NO shower curtain ... what does accessible and no shower curtain have to do with each other ? Messy wet bathroom is what happens
