We came from South Carolina, arrived 30 minutes early, and decided to talk to the staff about getting in early. We've never had a problem with other hotels getting in a little early. The problem here wasn't that we couldn't check in, but rather the rude attitude of the staff that day, who were rude and unwilling to work. The next staff member on the next shift was very friendly and pleasant.

The room was relatively clean however you can hear every step that someone staying on the floor above you takes. You can hear all the hallway noise as well. Some hotels are pretty well insulated this one definitely is not. We had a hard time sleeping with all the noise, if you have an early morning, probably not an ideal choice.

The hotel was 10 mins away in car from Daytona beach, and many dining options and supermarkets nearby. I felt it was quiet and safe the surroundings. The hotel was constantly getting clean during our mornings, while getting the breakfast. The room was very comfortable and overall great stay!
