Super cute place! My only gripe was the floor was a little dirty and I was unable to use my stove, but overall fun little town!

Beach view was beautiful, but walking from the beach to the hotel was poor. There was no available door from the pool dock/ beach without walking through the parking garage. The outside shower was turned off to rinse your feet so you could get the Sand off before putting shoes on to walk on the dirty parking lot. You could exit on to the deck but the door wasn’t able to open from the outside. If you can over look that it was a nice walk to the Main Street that had lots of shops and restaurants. Really liked the location.

Quiet neighborhood away from commercial area which is about a mile down the road. Easy access to the beach and a small but nice pool area.

Advertisement was VERY misleading. Unit was not oceanfront or oceanview. While I truly appreciated the warning in advance about 1 parking space per unit, I did not appreciate watching more than 50% of the parking lot remain empty for my entire 4 night stay after paying for overnight parking elsewhere.

The check in process was easy. The unit was clean and spacious the only thing was that the TVs were a bit old so we couldn’t stream apps like Netflix etc. the location was great and the beach access was awesome. It was cold when we’re there but the pool was heated which was nice for our kids. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at New Smyrna Waves for our wedding anniversary, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. All around, it was a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to come back—next time with the kids!

The condo was dated but clean and comfortable. Parking was more difficult than it should have been. There should be two parking spaces available for a two bedroom condo, especially when there’s a high vacancy rate.

Clean, wonderful "space" for an efficiency. Ridiculously awesome location too! Walk to the bar and restaurant on the beach. Walk across street to 7/11. DG market is close. Pizza across street. Very pleasant stay!

Absolutely wonderful experience with the ease of having everything I needed (minus food and clothes of course) already in the apartment. Beautifully ran business next to a stunning view and easy to access beach. Definitely using same location when I go to Florida again!

Was disappointed I was put in their ‘sister’ location, which was a much farther walk to the beach and also this one doesn’t have a hot tub- but it does say you could be placed at either location, I guess I just got lucky the other 3x I stayed there. Place is very outdated and smaller than other location.

The property was wonderful. So clean and basic items available till you can go to the store. Pool was clean. The ladies at the front desk were extremely patient with my questions. Only 2 things I recommend is maybe in off season if property not full allowing 2 cars since the condos sleep 6. And maybe adding just a small bar of soap till you can get to the store. It was great and highly recommend!
