The A/C unit in my room did not work and the shower head was also broken. I arrived to the hotel late and there was no one there capable of fixing these issue. When I asked how the hotel planned to make things right, I was offered a free cup of coffee. I don’t drink coffee. I felt like no one cared about my experience in the slightest.

Good location to make early flights less painful. Ridiculous they charge so much for overnight parking. If I had known that before booking I would have picked a different hotel in the same area.
