The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The valet was worth it and they also were friendly and courteous. My room was clean, quiet and perfect sized for me. I wish there was a fridge in my room though. Otherwise it was a nice hotel in a convenient location!

Parking is expensive and terrible to sort. I rented a car to see the sites for two days and parked the car the other two days never moving it $42. No in/out privileges around the corner across the street no attendant. Event was at the Colorado Convention Center very convenient and great food within walking distance.

Overnight stay

Hotel was in a good walkable downtown location by 16th St Mall. Felt safe because security was good. Lobby, eating area, room and bathroom were all clean. Desk clerks need to let guests know ahead of time that hotel is centrally temperature controlled, so there is no individual room temperature controls. The room and bathroom areas are small, so very little room to move around.

I have an IHG membership and when I arrived I was given teh smallest room I have ever seen. No refrigerator, or microwave and few outlet to plug in devices (computer, cell phones, camera battery charger, etc.). The tv didn't work right and was very limited on space for suitcases. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location but Be Aware !!

This hotel and Hotels.com provide very misleading information. I paid $14 per night for parking and then was charged $49 per night by the hotel. In addition, the hotel overcharged us and wouldn't send a receipt. Don't be surprised if the final bill is much higher than you expect.

Very noisy

Bathroom was cluster phobic very small, room temperature was very cold but young lady at desk brought in an amazing heater, couldn’t use microwave no tray in microwave, it was soooo noisy outside. Just not a good experience for the money (pricy).
