Don't waste your time

He room was 78 degrees when we arrived. We called downstairs and maintenance was sent up. He said that they had central air and that all of the rooms were like this.

I was booked in a room without a mini fridge. I asked if I could change rooms and was told there are no mini fridge in the rooms. Long story short, the heater in our room was broken with no hot water, and the people next to us were extremely loud. We asked for a new room and lo and behold there was a mini fridge in the new room. I probably would stay there again. They also wouldn't give my points because I booked through Expedia. I

Okay but not great

I have been overcharged here, again. Will try to dispute but front desk was not helpful when I showed the hotels.com receipt. Also, front desk staff was mostly friendly but one was disdainful when I asked for help retrieving my car from the valet. Food was okay, but healthier items such as fresh fruit and peanut butter, were out (supposedly, on order). Room was noisy (traffic) and small.

Convenience is a Must. Please let your employees have a smile on their face. Breakfast is over, cleaned and gone at 9:30 a.m.? I'm just waking up by then! Comfy beds, no fridge, ac didn't work. Wonky TV.

Could’ve been better

The staff at the front desk were outstanding. However… My heater in my room didn’t work or they said I couldn’t adjust it so they brought me a very tiny fan that kicks out heat, but unless it was right next to me, it didn’t really make a difference so I was cold most of the time. I called engineering two nights in a row about my TV not having sound they never showed up. They did calm the following day evidently because I walked in and there were two remote controls there. I finally got sound to work and then it went out in the middle of a show. I called the front desk again to no avail. The first night I was in my hot water didn’t get very hot, but it was fine after that. Breakfast was good variety and good tasting. Elevator needed to be cleaned more often. Above all I was a bit disappointed for a Holiday Inn all the little problems with very little problem-solving. It felt more like a cheaper hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
