Had a surprise when we checked in that there is a 15.00 parking fee after already paying 169.00 for the room. Breakfast wasn’t great, out of several items on the buffet. Staff didn’t seem very interested in bringing out more food. Won’t stay there again.

Large, dark room

Room is large but with only one small window which made the room very dark. The lights weren’t sufficient for the large space. As for the sleep comfort, the bed was hard with polyester sheets, so not very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Housekeeping was great/maintaince not so great

The hotel room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom in the hotel room was in disrepair. The shelf in the shower was broken off. The toilet would not flush. Maintaince came to fix it , but it was still broken the entire trip. We had to manually tap the toilet water tank each time we used the bathroom. The refrigerator made very loud noises the entire time. We had to gently bump the fridge whenever we wanted it to be quiet.

We arrived late on the last day of a 7 day vacation with my wife and 2 kids and was VERY pleased with the hotel. Way better than we expected. Our room was great. Big open space and more amenities than we expected. Very pleased with the whole property (and I rarely go on and review my stays unless I am either very pleased or very disappointed)
