Hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. Beyond that, there's not much good I'm afraid. The room was pretty dirty. Old gum wad stuck to the corner of the table. Smears and smudges and streaks of stuff on every surface. The pull-out couch had the wrong size mattress (twin instead of a full) and the mattress itself felt like you were laying directly on the metal coils. We also had to call for linens to use on the sofa bed. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and only a half-roll on the spinner. One tv had a very foggy, discolored picture. The second TV kept freezing after a minute of being on. So many things were just dingy or falling apart and very old.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Everything about the room was nice except there was only one washcloth (I know we can go ask for another, but when a room sleeps 4 there should be at least 4. There was 2 of us), and the grout around the tub had a lot of pink, which is bacteria. But those are minor. It was a very comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

The room was decent for a one-night stay, it had a slight smell that I didn't like. I was disappointed that the TV continued to do an update while I was watching a movie. The shower water wasn't that hot. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Of the four hotels we used on this vacation trip. It was not that great on cleanliness, bed and amenities. The staff was good but everything else not so . Big issue: they have dish tv service which doesn’t match the guide and no help to find channels wanted. Also the door lock procedure was very poor. (Since I am comparing it to three different hotels we stayed in,I think my opinion should be considered.

When we checked in at the front desk water dripped from the ceiling on my wife! The manage just said sorry? Get it fixed asap! Then we go to our room and the sheets had a hole in them? We took them to the fromt desk and they gave us sheets in retun with more holes!!! The pool had no towels and the jacuzzi was empty shut down! We have been using this hotel for years and have watched it deteareate the last couple of years? Its sad to pay for something thats average or worst at best! We will not come back again!

There are four of us in the reservation. The room includes one king bed and a couch, but the couch is too small and only fits one person Additionally, there were no sheets provided for the couch. The room was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The staff member was friendly and accommodating, although he was working alone. Food quality was average. Overall, cleanliness was excellent.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport DIA and unfortunately had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. At check-in, everything seemed fine at first. However, once we got to our room, we quickly discovered that the television — which is advertised as a standard amenity — was not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the front desk, and a technician came up briefly to “fix” it, but left without saying a single word or providing any update. We waited for about 30 minutes with no follow-up from the front desk or technician. After an hour of hearing nothing, we went to the front desk to get clarity in person. They simply told us to “try again,” with no actual solution or explanation. Eventually, they switched us to a different room, but the TV in that room wasn’t working either — it wasn’t getting any signal. Another staff member came up, attempted a few things, and even contacted the original technician again, who still had no idea what was wrong. To make things worse, we were standing around in wet swimsuits from using the pool, with our luggage left in the hallway during all the back-and-forth room switching. I finally had to request that they test the next room’s TV before moving us again, which they did — only to confirm that the advertised feature simply didn’t work at all. A staff member named Deja, in particular, was dismissive and gave us unnecessary attitude while we were just asking for help. Disappointing Stay
