Most disappointing La Quinta stay in my life, the room was dirty, paint pealing, the door was splintered where the security lock was attached as if it was kicked in, no regular coffee for the little coffee maker. The staff was excellent, we felt that somehow the general maintenace as substandard.

Nice hotel but needs some attention. My bed was pretty warn out. Terrible selection of tv programming. Front desk staff was good, bad and rude mix of people during my two day stay. I reserved this property because it had a jacuzzi and pool. Got to check in and was told pool/jacuzzi were not available. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. Best of all the hotel offers shuttle every half hour to the airport.

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire 3 days I was there. If the pool was out of order, it should have been posted before I booked the hotel. I would have chosen a different hotel if the information was provided ahead of time. I got numerous emails about the reservation but none about the pool being closed because they are waiting on a part. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication. I felt like that was poor customer service. The employee at the counter said there were other hotels that had pools that were out of service. That comment did not help my situation. This is a problem that I hope management can correct in the future. I will be traveling back to Denver and I hope things will be better in the future.
