Tarvitsetko lumottua Garden Sanctuarya lepäämään ja lataamaan? Joo minuakin! Viihtyisä tila on ihanteellinen perheille, ystäville ja pennuille. Viihtyisä salaiseen salaiseen puutarhaan, joka on karkea palo kuoppaan asti. Puutarha on täysin turvattu yksityisyyden aidalla, joten voit tuntea olonsa turvalliseksi, jotta lapset ja critters voivat vaeltaa vapaasti. Tämä tila on ehdottoman täydellinen muistojen luomiseksi rakkaansa kanssa. Älä lykkää tätä ihanteellista lomaa Denverin lomallesi.

The location worked for us because we were attending a reunion, but the neighborhood wasn’t the best. It was unfortunate that we were there during a heat wave, and the 2 window box air conditioners could not keep up. Well supplied and thoughtful touches.

2025 Road Trip

I have never had to give a negative review until now. This property needs a lot of TLC and updating. Some examples ceiling fan in MB was layered in dust. Said it had centeral air. What it had was a thermostat that did not work. There were 2 very loud window ac's one in kitchen worked but the one in the bedroom you have to keep the blinds open all night then anyone could look in. So couldn't use that one at night. The kitchen was horribly shy on dishes,bowls & glasses what was there is all mixed matched. Bathroom really needs some Attention. Also recieved email asking if our stay was ok and call if need anything i called twice got a generic voice mail not a mamagement company as they claim. Never got a call back or text.if i was the owner and had a management company taking care of things i would want to know this.i would not reccomend

The home is in a good location. It needs a bit of updating with regards to windows, peeling paint in some locations, shower tiles that are having issues and a very old vanity. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The front yard was being landscaped while we were there and should be nice. The window AC units were very old and very noisy - hard to sleep with them on but unfortunately there were only 2 windows that opened to let in the great Colorado air. There were only 4 bath towels which didn't allow for an extra for long hair.All and all with some updates and paint this will be a great house!

Nice spot in a good neighborhood.

Stayed here for a few weeks for work and the place had everything I needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Very misleading listing

This place is so rundown and dirty that I can’t believe they listed it and have positive reviews. After driving 10 hours, we were met with a very shady, rundown exterior with tree limbs, leaves, and broken gates. The inside of the home was COVERED in dog or cat hair, and we had to find a vacuum and give it a pass before sitting anywhere. The shower is a mold nightmare and has water damage showing that there’s not a proper water barrier under the tile or tub. My son was afraid to sleep in his bed because there was dirt and animal hair, so we washed before unpacking. Miserable experience when expecting a relatively “comfortable” experience. Oh, and the electrical outlets are dodgy and WiFi is incredibly slow. Do not stay here unless you’re just looking for a motel-type experience.

Nice location, needs some attention

Good: location is great, quiet neighborhood, nice home. Easy to access and the house had a nice list of “Things to do” for out of towners. Bad: the owner needs to go through and give this property some attention. There are very few plates and only one bowl in the kitchen. Many of the lamps either don’t work or are super finicky. The frame for the master bed is bent so significantly that the right side of the bed has a huge dip to it. The dishwasher doesn’t work on a regular setting, one of the stovetop burners doesn’t work. The place was dusty and not well cleaned and when we arrived (12/9) the heat was off and the house was at 46 degrees. This place should be better than this.

Thanksgiving Visit

The location was good - close to Sloan Lake neighborhood. The online photos did not reflect the wear and tear of the house. The kitchen was really beat up. Old stove, missing pulls on old cabinets. Not enough place settings, glasses, bowl, etc for four people to sit down and have a meal. Three coffee makers - which was odd. The beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was the HVac system which was incredibly loud and switched on and off every 20 minutes all through the night disrupting sleep all night throughout our stay. Comfortable living room couch but something was wrong with the TV and the sound and snapped and crackled. With some minor investment in the kitchen this could be a decent place, but as is, it was a relief to check out.

Perfect spot for weekend getaway

This comfy quiet place was just right. We were in Denver for a Rockies game. The light rail station was easy to get to. Convenient to stores and a great breakfast place. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and safe location

Very clean and newly updated cottage in a convenient west side location. Very near beautiful Sloan Lake, for dog walkers and joggers! Best feature is lovely enclosed patio with glorious trees, perfect for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Decor was typical grey contemporary style. All in all, a decent place. Bed had great mattress but squeaky and cheap platform. House in general was not well equipped with a minimum of dishes and glassware and none of the sundry items you expect (scissors, pens and pencils, cork screw, matches). Outdoor lighting in the garden bower would have been much appreciated.

Convenient and cute

This property is only 4-5 blocks from Sloanes Lake. The neighborhood offers restaurants, grocery stores, a Target even a dog park on Sheridan and 70. The lake offers pickniking, scenic neighborhoods and a great view of the Eastern slope and foothills; very convenient. Across from the Lake are great restaurants.

Grimy stay in Denver

On arrival there was a very strong headache inducing lysol spray scent. We found a half chewed bone under the couch and a dirty sock under the coffee table in the living room. There was also a nail coming out of the flooring that we had to remove for safety from our dogs. In the yard, there was old dog poop in the sitting area, and the other open grass area was overgrown (gardeners did show up unannounced the next day to mow the grass and pick weeds so that helped). On the day of check out, I took the sheets off the primary bed to start laundry and found the mattress with blood stains at the head of the bed and large yellow stains all over the rest of it. It was truly a dirty house that needs updates and a serious deep clean and new mattress. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Luckily I was not in the home often during my stay, only to sleep. I contacted the rental company on arrival and notified them of the sock and dog bone, and called them today after finding the state of the mattress. They are supposed to call me back, but I am still waiting to hear from them.

Perfect ground zero

We came for the Madonna concert but this place was perfect to explore the entire area. Only about 10 min from downtown, 18 min. to Red Rocks, Sloane lake down the street. Place was clean, had all we needed from TV, heating, kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfy. Recommendations are little man ice cream, Edgewater food hall and Sloane lake. Would stay here again for sure.

Really Nice Place, Centrally Located

It was a little confusing getting there at night but overall the entire place was really nice. I was surprised the kitchen was stocked with spices and such. Make sure to bring extension cords for any devices. It's a nice little place but easy to get to everywhere and quiet.

The parking and location was comfortable and convenient. The pans offered are not worth .50 cents at the flea market. The lighting in the kitchen is practically nonexistent if you want to cook. 7 night stay and there was one roll of paper towels. Supposed to sleep up to seven but provides a 2 cup $10 coffee brewer a closet full of old sheets but no blankets, I went and bought my own skillets and coffee pot - old Teflon is carcinogenic. The portable and window air conditioners need sanitizing for mold. I am mold compromised and suffered. The management company was good and friendly but it is clear no-one has ever thought about what it would be like to live there for a week. No laundry soap, Kleenex, or kitchen cabinet knobs. Felt unsanitary. Location super convenient for my needs. Things can be fixed and it would be great.

Run away! Property is falsely advertised and management company is unresponsive.

After I booked this stay I had reached out to the management company three times without getting a response. That should’ve been the first red flag to make me run away from this property. The property advertises several amenities that are not provided. Photos of this property are also misleading and things have been taken out of the property that are included in the pictures. Bathroom had obvious water damage and black mold. Mattress is full of urine stains. Shower had to be cleaned before we could use it. Cushions outside on the patio sopping wet and full of mold also. There is no provide a TV or cable as advertised and the Wi-Fi provided is not fast enough for you to stream or FaceTime. Property has built up grime on almost all surfaces. Dishwasher and toaster had to be clean before we could use them. Property states that it’s a garden oasis. It’s literally fenced in dirt with missing steppingstones and a smashed and fire pit. The fence still has holes in it as previous review State. Basically anything that is in review that someone complained about previously has not been fixed or addressed.
