I thought the hotel in general was ok. I thought the guy checking me in was unnecessarily arrogant and a bit full of himself. In the morning no one was attending the breakfast and I had to find everything myself with no instruction. The woman who was on the helpdesk was outside chatting and smoking. W"hen I did check out, I was concerned she was sorting the breakfast out, because she just didn't look clean, grubby cigarette stained hands, and dirt under the nails, made me want to through up. I won't be staying again

Don't expect too much

We just needed a bed for 4 nights so as such it was ok. BUT: there is very little sound proofing between rooms, the decor is tired to say the least, neither of the bedside lights (and therefore sockets) were working, the curtains were insufficient to block out light, no extractor fan in the bathroom so everything was soaking after a shower, shower curtain sticks to you, shower head very clogged. On the plus side the reception staff were nice. We didn't use any of the other facilities.

Surprisingly good

To be honest, didn't expect much for the price. However, the room was a good size. The Toilet being lower than standard height was unexpected. The food was amazing and the staff extremely friendly, very sociable. Service was very good.

Amazing

Went to watch the superbikes in donington park and staff were very friendly allowing me to park my bike next to the main door and the hotel even brings breakfast times forward to ensure you can eat and get to the track for opening time. Rooms are nice and food is nice. Will definitely book again for next time

Dirty room

The room was dirty the soap dish, hair dryer, kettle, drawers, skirting boards, pillow case had mouldy spots bed was uncomfortable. There was notice on these items to say I Items had been sanitised for our own safety, when it clearly hadn’t.
