Don't stay here! You have been warned.

Upon entering the hotel we noticed a horrible musty, moldy smell. We were told it was the laundry room, however the entire place smelled like this. The elevator to our room was dirty and smelled like puke. The hallways reeked liked mold and our room was the same. The TV was barely working, the fridge was so iced over it was hard to put things into it and the microwave, clean but broken. The bed was in older condition with body divots on both sides of the king bed. The shower was in need of cleaning as it had started to form pink slim on the edges, the carpet needs shampooing and so does the red chair. Overall, this hotel is gross. I have never been so excited to leave a hotel room as I was this one. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I we would gladly have given 5 stars in all categories except for the way the staff dealt with one glitch: Upon returning from a 95-degree-day at a baseball game, we were ready for a cool, not cold, shower. Discovering that we had NO HOT WATER, we reported it to the desk and were directed to another room (same condition). We were told no fix until Monday??? No discount offered???

Location is great. The bathroom needs a renovation. It looks like they started it but stopped. Backsplash tile half done but from the mirror prior they just didn’t bother finishing the wall. The shower needs to be completely scrubbed. Felt like a dirty locker room shower floor. The sewer pipes… I’m not a plumber but the smell. The fan was always going. No switch to turn off. Great if you like white noise. The noise in the hallway is something you can’t control but the amounts of kids running in the hall at night could be. Don’t let your kids slam doors and scream. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again. Just needed a place to sleep for a night. Very convenient location.

A very loud fan in the bathroom ran constantly with no way to turn it off. Breakfast selections were disappointing. Biscuits and gravy both mornings and very few options if you’re gluten free.
