This condo is set up for comfort and convenience, and we’ve considered everything that you might want or need during your stay. Daily beach chair service and setup is included! Pacifico Destin Condo is perfect for any group - with a king size bed, a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa, comfort is guaranteed for up to six people. This property has Cable TV, High-Speed WIFI, and a SmartTV for all apps. No need to worry about dirty laundry - there is a washer and dryer in your unit. If you enjoy dining out on vacation, there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby to choose from, but if you want to stay in for meals, our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the nearest grocery store is only half a mile away. Our ocean-facing back deck is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a meal, or even listening to the ocean and stargazing. The beach is just a few steps away. Again, our condo comes with personal beach chair and umbrella service free of charge April thru October. We are conveniently located in Sandpiper Cove, near multiple attractions for children and adults alike, including: Big Kahuna Water Park, The Track Recreation Center, Kelly Plantation Golf Course, Olin Marler Charter Fishing, Destin Commons Shopping Mall, and Boogie's Watersports! We are also a short walk from the water taxi that runs back and forth to The Harbor nightly. We are happy to offer local restaurant and attraction recommendations. Everything was great, on the beach, right by the local beach bar (the sand flea) a little walk to the pool(across the street), beach chair on the sand for two. Patio was large and great for relaxing. Location was also great, about a mile to the Harbor Walk.

The condo was beautiful, much more spacious than most, extensive beach towels, toys and wagon! The deck is huge and amazing! The view of the water is good but they were building an ugly walkbridge that will obstruct the view. They also did not clearly represent that you have to cross a busy street and walk a long way-or even drive to get to the pools. They were very small and heaters were not working. Beach access was pretty easy and loved beach service! There was an unexpected broken water heater but the owner responded immediately and made it right. Loved not being in a high rise and view from 2nd floor. Steps were no problem for us but not handicap accessible.

This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in Sandpiper Cove and it definitely has the best views! It was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We did find it strange that we were required to wash and dry all towels before checkout ... that's a little hard when you are leaving early in the morning and need a shower. It probably should be mentioned in the check-in packet so you know to bring towels for the last day. Also, they were replacing the lattice work on the bottom of the condo the latter half of our week's stay so the hammering and sawing were quite noisy. Luckily they didn't start til around 9 AM and we had plans to leave the condo in the afternoons. We realize we were staying in off-peak season and the work must be done to keep the place looking great. Just a minor annoyance when sitting on the deck trying to enjoy the view. All that aside, we would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome getaway

The condo is beautiful and just steps from the beach, a cool beach bar, and tons of great amenities! There were beach toys and chairs to use and everything else you could need. The property owner was very helpful and responsive as well!

Lovely and clean up to date condo

My wife and I have rented several condos within this area, and without any doubt, this particular unit has been the best one we have ever stayed in. It’s a beautiful condo inside with anything a couple or family would need to make their lives easier and content while on vacation. The host is very attentive and quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this unit for couples or even a family with children. Its proximity to the beach is within feet of the back deck. It’s just the perfect condo all around.

We have stayed in the condo for the last (2) years and love it. We like it is located right on the sand and we can walk to the beach. Make sure to always lock your car doors, we saw a guy riding a bike and trying to get into cars, fortunately the doors were locked.
