The gorgeous conference room boasts a picturesque space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Upon entering SunDestin 218, you will be welcomed with a spacious, open layout along with updated bedding, décor and appliances throughout. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day. The exquisite, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to six guests. In the spacious living room, a flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Just steps from the crystal-clear waters and picturesque white sandy beaches, SunDestin 218 is a true paradise.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
