Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Too many people smoking outside the hotel. If you want to bypass that, go elsewhere. Ac unit that we asked to fix from making noise was never fixed even though we followed up with the staff and our stay was a week long so they could have either gave us a different room which was not an option or offered a discount. That is not how you gain customers.

Bathroom tole was cracked and coming loose. Room smelt like mildew. There was a prior leak in the bathroom whi h looked like they tried to caulk it different times. Ac unit was proped up by wood blocks.

very convenient location. staff kept our room very clean, mopped the floors often and replenished our towels. breakfast was fresh every morning. staff was friendly and helpful. we were given a book of coupons for local restaurants and activities upon arrival which came in handy- we were very grateful. we would stay here again!

Bath tub did not drain, even told staff and it was not fixed. Doors to hotel rooms do not close all the way. Big gaps between doors and frame makes it feel like anyone can come into your room at anytime. Hotel key has issues the entire stay. Then staff was rude about where you could put your key. It was not a fun stay and I will never stay here again.

The staff at the front desk wasn’t really nice we felt a little rushed and we also killed a roach in our bathroom.It was really noisy outside our door but the hotel is convenient from the beach.
