Every single employee we interacted with was nice and provided great service. The hotel is nice and comfortable and conveniently located to downtown amenities. I wish I could live in this hotel!

The hotel room was ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Very basic room. Resturants in thhe hotel were good. Staff was very friendly. The city is under construction and not easy to get around.

It's a very nice hotel. Everyone was very nice, and a couple of great restaurants. My only complaint is the sofa couch in our sweet looked like a dog had been sleeping on it. Filthy and stained. Other than that I loved the place.

The staff here is excellent, especially the person who checked us out. What I will say is that for the money we paid, I was very surprised to only have two towels, two washcloths, no hand soap, and no bath mat in the suite reserved for five people. Also, having to pay for every incidental, including Netflix, was a disappointment. Otherwise, the place was very nice and comfortable.

Front desk staff were great. Most of the valet were great. Room service was way off the mark. House keeping needs quality control. Check in was good and the staff great. Valet guy was wonderful. Room was nice until we looked closer and then we could see they clean only traffic areas and no upkeep on the bathroom. The shower was worse than a motel with weekly rates. For nearly $400 a night… let’s get maintenance on top of repairs and house keeping to do some real cleaning. Gross. The towels were old and had holes in them and one had a red dried on chunk of something. Another had dust bunnies in it. I had to blow the dust off the coffee maker to make coffee. The bed was nice and comfortable. That was a plus. The street noise was unbelievable however. The car park on the Fort rd side gets bikes and hot rods burning em off all night inside the building so it’s ridiculously loud. I know the hotel can’t do much about that but maybe they could let the owners know so security could keep an eye out or something. At check out, the front desk guy was nice enough to not charge me for the dine in food that showed up after midnight and sat outside my door until morning. $200 a night and I probably wouldn’t be leaving a review but for $400 a night there are much nicer hotels close by and not as far to the ball parks.

Love the scenery and the staff were excellent and fun to deal with. Only downfall my card was trying to be submitted a few times for the room fee which was paid at check in. Otherwise no issues
