The manager was very helpful with me in regards to Expedia charging my credit card and canceling my reservation without reimbursement to my credit card. They were kind enough to find 4 rooms for my family day of our event. No thanks at all to Expedia. I do not recommend using their service.

Electric outlett in bathroom was uncovered. Bare wires not even covered by electric tape. This is in the bathroom with water only inches away. This is very unsafe.

I loved the area, the low deposit was awesome because it didn't take away from my spending! The staff was awesome!! Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was my shower was lukewarm on full blast hot water. I will definitely return! We were there for the concert at Pine Knob! Better experience than Hyatt Place all the way around!!
