my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. I thought I was transformed to the 1950's Very old furniture, smelly rooms, worn out mattress...... Instead of getting a room upgrade for my VIP status I got downgraded so figure that out..... Never again , I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with good transportation options nearby. The area was very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish is that the bathroom was a little bit more updated but aside from that everything else was perfect.

The property is very fancy. It clearly is upscale. It has many shops around it and within a few blocks and his very professional appearing staff. But, our rooms were a little bit dated with minor wallpaper, peeling, dated bathroom, etc.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I reserved three luxury rooms, but upon arrival, I found them outdated and uninviting. I immediately returned to the lobby, and the front desk promptly moved us to newer rooms. While the staff was excellent and provided great service, the hotel itself still felt old and did not justify the price. I stayed here a few months ago and had a much better experience, but this time, it fell short of expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming and not up to the standard I expected.

Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful and tried hard to accommodate dietary requiremnts. Disappointed tht the swimming pool was closed.

It was a great value for a hotel. The location couldn’t have been better for access to the subway, shops, and restaurants. It might be a bit dated but it was better than decent. The breakfast buffet was good but not great. I’d stay here again unless I wanted to spend more for a nicer place.

Beautiful property and location, great size rooms, staff very professional and helpful! A 7/11 within walking distance from the hotel as well as having free shuttle to Disney parks are great perks. Service was top notch! Gorgeous views from the spa and gym on 32nd floor. After a whole day of walking having the Spa available late at night was a nice treat. Highly recommend this hotel.
