We’ve been long-time fans of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, and it continues to be our go-to choice whenever we visit the city. We always book the Grand Premier rooms with Lounge access and daily breakfast, and it's consistently a luxurious and comfortable experience that we truly look forward to. During this recent stay, we did encounter some issues with our initial room. However, we were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Premier Lounge staff, who reached out the same evening and arranged for a room change the following day. Their attentiveness and care made all the difference and reminded us why we continue to return to this hotel year after year. One small disappointment this time was that, as our stay was under 7 nights, we didn’t receive the usual welcome amenity that we had come to appreciate on previous visits. While we understand the policy, it’s a thoughtful touch that adds a special start to our stay, and we hope this can be reconsidered in the future for returning guests. That said, we absolutely loved the Premier Lounge and spent a lot of time there. The lounge staff were exceptional—gracious, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Very nice property with professional, friendly and helpful staff. Language was not an issue as many staff members spoke at least minimal English (I speak exactly two words in Japanese lol). I enjoyed the location immensely.

The Keio Plaza is in most respects an amazingly good hotel, both in terms of location and amenities. Given the size of the hotel, the gym could perhaps be a bit bigger, but if that's the only complaint you have about a hotel it is doing very well indeed. The Yamanami restaurant is expensive but delicious.

Everything from check-in to check out and in between was fabulous. It’s always important during the day to feel welcomed at home and the staff there are excellent. It’s beautiful and really we couldn’t have been happier.

All of the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. We had forgotten some items in the safe and everything was returned to us in tact. The buffet was delicious and had plenty of selection for everyone. The area is safe and very close to the train station. If we ever return to Tokyo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

It is a big hotel with several amenities and it close to Shinjuku Station. Next to government building and light show/top view. We stayed as family in a room with 3 beds. Here are pros and cons: Pro: very clean, big room, comfortable beds, safe, fridge, toiletries, coffee machine, iron Cons: Small ironing board, room service (do not leave your items on the bed prior to room service. They lost our airpod, but then compensated), pool is under renovation

Hotel is in a convenient location close to train stations. Our room was on the main tower. Our room was clean and spacious but very outdated. Shower was shooting water in a weird angle. Big gap on the bottom of the door you can see people’s shadow when they walk by the hallway. Laundry facility not nearly enough for the size of this hotel so all machines are always in use, hard to get your laundry done unless you are willing to stay up so late or wake up so early. Airport limousine bus stops at this hotel so very convenient to get to the airport. Overall an okay stay but I expected more for the price.

Hotel with just about everything

Very convenient location — it is close to many restaurants and shops, as well as the train station. Room is fairly large and felt comfortable. We were also able to watch the Metro Gov’t Building light show from our room which was a bonus! 7-11 and small pharmacy in the hotel were very convenient as well.
