The hotel was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was so gracious. The restaurants were wonderful. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and professional. 7-11 on the property was an incredible convenience. The hotel location was great — close enough to action, but not in the middle of it. The Club Lounge was a dream. The only thing that could have made it better was if the pool was open, but it closed at the end of September. Regardless, we can't wait to go back again!!! Thank you Keio Plaza!

Overall, it was OK, way too busy way too noisy not the kind of hotel. You wanna go to and be in if you're immersing yourself in the environment. Tons of buses, pulling up and leaving, lobby is full of suitcases, tons of people in the lobby sitting waiting for their bus not enough seating if you're there waiting for someone to come downstairs, no comfortable sitting areas very austere

The hotel is in a great location to the train station. There is also lots of restaurants and bars near by. The only slight downside was breakfast as it was extremely busy with long queues for coffee etc.

Worth the money for a great hotel

This expensive property is located right next to the Shabuya station. Keep in mind you’ll be spending hours in Shibuya station trying to find your line. Lol. The hotel is nicely designed, the rooms are large, the service is exceptional. The best part was having an active concierge. Making dinner reservations is a challenge in Japan. If you don’t speak Japanese, and the two main restaurant reservation apps really don’t work well, and they force you into getting a price fixed meal. The concierge was happy to offer suggestions let us make a decision, and make reservations. It worked out really well. Everything is super maintained and looks new. There’s many dining options in the hotel, although we generally try to experiment outside of the hotel. It’s worth the money. Head to the observation deck each night to get a beautiful look over Tokyo. It’s a really wonderful space. The only drawback, and we found this in a lot of hotel bars, is that they generally don’t know how to make cocktails or they make premix cocktails.
