We stayed one night so didn't do anything but sleep, but love how the room is appointment, has everything needed with a huge bathroom and lovely tub even though we didn't use it, didn't want to leave so quickly

Good afternoon, To whom it may concern, When first arrived at the property there was no one to greet me. The first desk attendant seemed disengaged. He was not rude but he was not pleasant either. The first room I was given was dirty and had mold throughout. There was a large construction project happening during my stay. Once my room was changed I did not have hot water for two days. One of those days there was no water at all. They reported that there was a water main break to the whole property. The A/C unit in the living room never worked. I reported and they never came to fix it. The showers had soap scum on them and the mirrors were extremely dirty. The entire property was unkept and needs a massive overhaul. Only on restaurant was open and there is not many choices of restaurants off the property. Taxi service is extremely expensive. I had to pay more in taxi fees than what my meal would cost once I was taken to a restaurant. This was my worst travel experience in my whole life and I travel often. Your company rates this hotel as an 4.4 star resort and it is not. I will be writing to corporate to see what can be done. I arranged this trip for my significant others birthday. This was an epic failure. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am for booking this trip based off of the recommendations I received from your website. I will never book through this site again if Orbitz does not make this rite. Extremely disappointed, unsatisfied, frustrated, and heartbroken

A lovely resort, a bit secluded so book if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The beach waves were a little rough, but the views are breathtaking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d return here.

The property was very nice Would have been excellent if we had running water. The water was a hit and miss. Best to bathe as soon as it is turned back on or no bath for you that day. Housekeeping wasnt pleasant ask for towels or trash bags good luck. We received gym towels or cleaning rags to bathe with. Bring wipes with you for cleanliness. Scenery was beautiful!!!

My stay was great, good food lovely staff and amenities, however the private pool we book in our suit was dirty and had a mud like coating to the bottom of the pool. I made three request to have it cleaned but no staff came. Another request was a honeymoon package we booked and didnt receive it. After several attempts to query with front desk we gave up all attempts of asking.

The Crane is an amazing property! The grounds are lush with trees, plants, and flowers. The accommodations are stunning, I felt like I was in my own home rather than a hotel. The employees are warm, friendly and polite- much appreciated. Crane beach itself is gorgeous and the swimming pools are top notch. Food and drinks are excellent. Please do not hesitate to book a trip here, it’s a stunner of a place on many different levels! I stayed at the end of September and it was not busy which for me added to the peace and relaxation of being there. They say “ you’ll know” when you stay there, it’s true - you will. 100% recommend! Thank you for an awesome, beautiful, comfortable, relaxing stay. See you again!!
