Kaunis Mountain Condo - upeat näkymät, WiFi - ei siivousmaksu

Tämä viehättävä, yhden makuuhuoneen / yhden kylpyhuoneisto sijaitsee Colorado-kallioiden sydämessä kauniissa Summit County -kaupungissa Dillonissa. Ja langaton internetyhteys tietenkin.

Keskeinen hienoimpaan hiihtoon Yhdysvalloissa; 10 minuuttia Keystoneen, 15 Breckenridgeyn, 20 Arapahoen altaaseen, 20 Copper Mountainiin ja 40 Vail / Beaver Creekiin, et löydä parempaa paikkaa tyydyttääksesi jauheesi. Tietysti hiihto ja maastohiihto ovat kirjaimellisesti muutaman minuutin päässä moottorikelkkailua ja luistelua. Sijaitsee aivan ilmaisella bussilinjalla, joten et ehkä edes käytä autoasi täällä ollessasi!

Entä kesällä ja syksyllä tapahtuvat aktiviteetit? Dillon on paratiisi, jolla on upeat golf-, tennis-, kalastusvuoret, vaellus ja koskenlasku.

Dillon-järvi on turvasatama kaikenlaisiin veneily- ja vesiseikkailuihin. On myös kulttuuritoimintaa, kuten konsertteja Dillon Ampitheatressa, taidegallerioita ja elokuvafestivaaleja. Vieressä on Silverthorne loputtomalla joukolla kauppoja ja Frisco, joka (mielestäni) on yksi viehättävimmistä Rocky Mountain -kaupungeista.

Jos et halua tai sinulla ei ole varaa rinteellä tai järvellä sijaitsevaa majoitusta, tämä voisi olla paikka sinulle.
Asuntoni on myös "täysin luonnollinen". Käytän vain luonnollisia / biohajoavia tuotteita. Tämä tarkoittaa, että kaikki lakanat ja pyyhkeet puhdistetaan allergiaa aiheuttavalla puhdistusaineella, ja toimittamani shampoot, saippuat ja voiteet ovat luonnollisia.

Tässä yhden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa on queen-size-vuode ja olohuoneessa oleva queen-size-vuodesohva voi nukkua mukavasti neljä. Vuodesta 12/14, vuodesohva on upouusi muisti vaahto patja ja uusi tiukka terassi. Mukana on myös kaapeli-TV, DVD, jotkut DVD-levyt (myös lapsille), pelit, stereot ja kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit pyytää (se on myös lomani lomani!). Luomukahvia myös! Ilmainen pysäköinti oven edessä.

Klubitalossa on poreallas ja lämmitetty uima-allas, oleskelutila ja iso pelihuone, joka viihdyttää lapsia ja aikuisia.

HUOMAUTUS: Condo-alueella ei ole enää puutaloa.

Valitettavasti ei lemmikkejä tai tupakointia. Huoneisto on yksi kerros ylöspäin, mikä on ylin kerros.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Dillon Reservoir. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla sisäuima-allas, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Short stay for A Basin skiing

Roomy and simple accommodation, onsite laundry facility has free $5 credit for app which had a handy timer for wash and dryer cycles. Owner was good communicator and friendly.

Great Place

Communication from Peter was great. Instructions Peter sent were easy to follow. The place was very clean. The location was perfect for skiing Copper and Loveland. Like that is was super close to downtown but not right in the downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice and spacious

Plenty of room to spend my two week fall (early ski season) trip and well equipped with everything I needed. Plus the bus stop was so convenient that I was able to save some cash on gas and took the bus to the slopes instead of driving. All around a nice moderately priced place to stay.

Perfect location, centrat to everything.

Very nice spot, just as described and fully equipped for cooking. The grill was handy for outdoor meals. A welcoming presentation from Peter made it feel very comfortable & homelike. Would definitely come back!

Cosy & central for skiing

Great location for skiing in both keystone and breckenridge. Condo had everything you needed and was very cosy. Clubhouse swimming pool and hot tub ok, showers and other facilities in clubhouse not great.

This was a clean, easy-to-access condo. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully-stocked. Wifi and television worked well. The owner was easy to work with and provided helpful notes for keys and parking. Will definitely recommend this condo to others visiting the area.

Perfect Ski retreat!!!

I rented the condo for two weeks. It is in a perfect location. You can easily get to Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. When not skiing you can go sight seeing. The condo was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen was stocked well to cook at home.

Great location, clean, comfortable and awesome views

We decided to try a condo versus a motel for our annual Summit County ski trip. By far much more room and quieter. The hot tub and sauna a perfect way to end after a day of skiing. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable and hope to use again. Owner was prompt with reply’s for any questions. His personal artwork decor was cool. Exactly what we needed and affordable.

Cute Condo

From the beginning to end, our experience staying at Peter's condo was nothing short of amazing. We had an issue with someone parking in our designated spot and Peter took care of the issue within minutes. We would highly recommend staying here. Plus, the bottle of red wine as a welcome gift after the first day of snowboarding was quite a treat!

Condo in Dillon

Condo has a great location from all the ski resorts. Condo was clean and had everything it needed to make it feel like your own place as everything you needed Peter provided in the condo. Easy to cook, etc. as everything was there. Peter was also very responsive and provided his contact information in case anything was needed.

Excellent value and attentive host!

Lovely space, plenty of room for 2 guests. Nice kitchen with ample cookware and whatnot. Hot tub and club house was really nice, but hours were a bit early (closed at 9 pm, which isn’t under the hosts control but still a bit odd). Overall would highly recommend for skiers/snowboarders on a budget! FYI, if you have more than 2 guests, the last bing room where the pullout couch is doesn’t have any blinds, so bring an eye mask unless you’re an early riser!

Great 1BR/1BA unit convenient to EVERYTHING!

This was our 2nd time staying at Peter's Dillon Valley East unit, and it more than meets our needs. As his is an end-unit opposite of I-70, we don't hear any freeway traffic, and overall, the neighborhood gets pretty quiet in the evenings. The location can't be beat for access to all of Summit County, plus Loveland, which I supposed is technically in Clear Creek County. We mostly skied Keystone which was at most a 10 minute drive. The condo itself: Bed is comfortable, plenty of blankets/pillows, the couches are comfortable, the internet/wi-fi is solid, and the water pressure and hot water are fantastic. We also really like his original artwork! I'm sure we'll be back, as it's one of the best lower priced rentals in the area.

Quiet neighborhood setting

We recently stayed in Peter's condo for 10 days. It is in a great location for anything you would want to do in Summit County. It is about 10 minutes from Keystone, 20 minutes from A-Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge, and hour to Ski Cooper in Leadville...close to shopping and Lake Dillon as well. The condo has everything you would need to make meals and plenty of space to enjoy them. The shower is wonderful, hot and great water pressure. It was a comfortable place to relax after a day of hitting the slopes. The clubhouse where the pool and hot tubs are is a short walk to get to. There are also laundry facilities in the clubhouse; $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Any questions or concerns we had, Peter was a quick email away and answered promptly.

Nice older condo in good location; no broadcast TV

Like most condos in ski towns, this one is fairly old and showing its age. It's been cared for, and the host was nice and responsive. The outside door lock is tricky (you have to lift up on the key), and unless you have streaming services you can use, there is no access to any broadcast TV networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox), nor can you get widely available networks like ESPN, CNN, MSNBC or even HGTV. Only ROKU-provided "canned" broadcasts are available, except for news which are looped nonstop all day.

Enjoy the stay

The condo itself may not be the most modern, at the same time, it is clean and has everything I need. With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to cook and enjoy my meals. Bed was very comfortable. It has easy access to shopping and to ski resorts. Owner communicated effectively and timely. For example, the owner informed me when the snow plowing would take place and advised me where to move my car to. He also proactively contacted the housekeeper to secure my tablet after I found out that I had left it in the unit and arranged the date/time for me to pick it up a week later on my way from Winter Park to Snowmass. My recommendation is to upgrade the couch in the living room as they have shown their age.

Just what we needed!

My family (two adults, two littles) went skiing for spring break, and Peter's condo was exactly what we needed. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen. It's much bigger than a slopeside condo at Breck or Vail. It's safe, and a very quick drive to Loveland, even when the weather is bad. We were able to spend time in Keystone, Frisco, Georgetown, and Dillon with only a short drive, no more than 10 minutes anywhere. We originally booked a place in Georgetown, but we chose Peter's so we could have access to a hot tub and pool for the kids. Be aware that the hot tub closes at 8 pm on a weeknight..we were disappointed after a long day of skiing. It stays open later on the weekends. Peter was amazing...we messed up the keys in the key locks, and he was totally not mad at us. We skied Loveland, ice skated at Keystone, tubed in Frisco, sledded in Frisco, did a mule sleigh ride in Frisco, and rented our gear right in Dillon at Christy Sports. Great trip!!

We enjoyed out stay in this convenient condo very much!

We have stay in this same condo 3 times. And loved it every time. It is reasonably priced and have almost everything we need.

Great Condo

Peter was an awesome host, great at communicating and was more than accommodating with directions and even left us a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Host is excellent

Brandon the host was very responsive. Unit is well equipped but a little dated. Location is good to ski Keystone, Copper, etc.

Absolutely Perfect!

Booked this condo for our anniversary & it was nothing short of perfect! Peter was great to communicate with, he made everything so easy. The bottle of wine & late check out took it over the top! We are already planning our next trip!
