They didn't know how reset the thermostat to raise the Eskimo like temperature. Also they couldn't set up an internet connection on my phone which worked fine in the rest of the airport. I strongly believe that the $400 plus I was charged was highly inflated for a 7 hours stay!

Comfortable hotel for transit guests, airside in Doha airport. Have used it several times. More expensive than it used to be, but worth it to get rest and shower on long layovers. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Easy access in the center of the terminal and smooth check in process. Room was clean and bed was comfy. only complaint was the toilet seat itself was the most uncomfortable seat i've ever experienced, it literally hurt the legs to sit on it for more than a minute.
