The room was in not good condition but it was big enough. At check in instead of family suit they gave us Executive suit and added one bed. Generally hotel is very old. Needs to be rinnovated. But the location of the hotel is nice. The staff is very helpful.

This hotel is the worst I've ever seen. The room smells awful, the bathroom walls are covered in grime, the bathtub is disgusting and so filthy you risk catching fungus on your feet, the room service is the worst in the world—it takes three hours for a towel to arrive, and in the end, you have to go get it from reception. The bathroom mirror is stained from age, and the carpets are disgusting and smelly. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. Don't be fooled by the stars; it doesn't deserve a single star. This hotel is the absolute worst.

Stay away from this hotel if you're black.Sorry to say that but it felt like racism to me.From the front desk to the security they lack professionalism.They looked at us with such a disgust and looked so annoyed every time we tried to ask something.I have never , in my entire life, been treated so poorly.There's no hot water, the room is outdated. It took them more than 2hrs to provide us with the iron we requested to press our clothes.When we were checking out , they refused to help us with our luggage.The security guy was literally standing there and watched us while we were struggling to load our bags. Our driver was speechless after he saw happened. I will never go back there or refer them never!! I wish I could rate them -10 star

It is a tired looking hotel. Our aircon didnt work properly nor did our TV. We were only supplied with one towel and one cup for a 3 person room..There was no shower curtain and it was dirty in behind the bed when going to charge our phone. Thebfront desk.staff were overwhelmed as only one person on. It was disappointing.

The hotel was old and run down. The hallway was noisy due to the noisy guests and children running through the corridors after midnight. When call into reception there was no answer. Generally clean and decent.

Horrible two nights in Deira

Room had bad smell. Asked to be moved to a different room and they gave me one right above the Karaoke Bar so it was loud music all night. Bathroom had no hot water for showering. The furniture was old and broken.
