Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights review Bookings: 11-17th April & 17-20th April 2025 1. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights listed as a 5 star hotel. On arrival it appears as usual Dubai hotel. Lot’s taxi and limousine crowding the entry. The lobby is huge giving an image of refinement. Check in is swift with a pleasant attendant assisting. 2. Room good size king room king bed, cupboards, table chairs and lounge chairs. Plenty of shelves for suit cases etc. Nice draw bar fridge very clever and easy to use. Lots space I like it. 3. Bathroom - ouch. It’s just a very poor design. Not much room between the bath and basin. I’ll manage. 4. Shower opps. Looks impressive 2 shower heads. 1 portable 1 very large disc rain like. When showering I noticed the serious flaws. When you take the hand rail on one wall then the squeeze bottles on another then the taps you become quite crowded in. First shower I was knocking everything. I did a quick measurement and I believe it’s 750mm long the longest part. 450mm along the tap wall. 400mm deep. So you see even a medium tall person will struggle. Now a taller 189cm male is just annoyed. Too late now. 5. Pool day. Hmmm pool rather small for a 5 star hotel. Beds ahh woopps no mattress. No mattress on a Five Star Hotel cabana lounge. What really. 6. Well I guess all the glitz and glamour are just masking a 3-4 star hotel in disguise. 7. Despite my negative attitude towards the hotel I decided to extend. I just didn’t feel like pac

My favourite hotel and country

Hotel is amazing. 6* Hotel staff-out standing service Club lounge access - not a huge choice of alcohol but food was amazing Pool and seats. Very clean but small Buffet breakfast. Huge variety of food and chef would cook any food that one wanted.

Not perfect for wheelchair but great value/price

The hotel has a great location, easy access from the airport easy traffic to major attractions. The only problem in concern if you are in a wheelchair or electric scooter, it sits a little bit higher and you have to use a ramp to get up to the check-in which the ramp is pretty steep and slick so my electric scooter did not grab and I had to push it up, but the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, but staff communications lacking

A very nice hotel, very modern and clean. The staff in the restaurant do understand English very well, and keep getting your order for food wrong. Asked for a bucket of ice and never got it. asked for a pot of tea with two tea bags in it, and just got a pot of hot water. Then a pot with one tea bag, but no milk for the tea. Asked for turkey bacon, which is normally on the buffet, but not avaiable one morning. Was told they would prepare some and bring it to the table. 20 minutes later, finished with breakfast and still no turkey bacon. Chased up the manager who went into the kitchen to order it, as it had never been ordered and took another 10 minutes. Staff needs to learn to communicate in English with the majority of the customers.

Very clean and quiet. We opted to stay here after our last stay at a neighbouring Hyatt hotel was disturbed by children running up & down the corridor until 3AM. This was perfect; no sleep disturbance; fantastic breakfast. Staff extremely helpful & polite; genuinely cared about guest comfort.
