The hotel is nice and clean. They have excellent breakfast included in the rate. There are surveillance cameras everywhere which provide good security. Things the hotel can improve on included 1. Provide quite time in the early hours. There is an ongoing costruction and noise every morning 2. They close the balcony around the pool around 10PM. Would be nice if they kept it open little longer.

The property is located within walking distance from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, making it a convenient option. The hotel has good service and helpful staff. The key card was not working properly so our lights kept getting switched off but other than that the stay was nice.

Outstanding Service and Hospitality – A Truly Memorable Stay! I recently stayed at Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. The reception team were incredible—so friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and easy, and were always available to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. It really set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic visit. I also want to give a big shoutout to the pool attendants, who were consistently attentive and courteous. Whether it was bringing fresh towels, helping find a great spot by the pool, or simply offering a warm smile, their service was flawless. And of course, I can’t forget the room cleaning staff. Every day I returned to a beautifully cleaned and organized room. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly added to the comfort and luxury of the stay. This hotel exceeded all expectations—not just because of its excellent location and amenities, but because of the amazing staff who genuinely care about the guest experience. I highly recommend Swissôtel Al Murooj to anyone visiting Dubai. I’ll definitely be returning!

The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation.

Great property, room, staff, everything! They had a breakfast buffet each morning, and although it was good, it was a little chaotic. Perhaps a better way to direct a line around it, especially for the omelette station would help with people cutting or shoving themselves in front of others would help. Otherwise we loved and enjoyed everything else!

I spent 4 nights there they were doing construction on the upper floor from morning 7am to until idk when because I would leave my room at 11am. I wouldn’t sleep all night or the morning because they have club and people raving there car so loud. Also the room service was bad. Complained 3-4 time all they had to offer was free ride to airport.
