Staff support was lacking. I was under the impression I had booked two days. I had only booked one. After work I returned to my room only to be locked out. They had removed my belongings and filled the room. I'll give them credit that they called. However, they didn't leave a message. Missed spam calls are a normal thing now and days. Front desk staff was apathetic.

As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a really foul strong odor. The area is a nice neighborhood. However, my room reminded me of a Motel 6. The bed was very hard. The room needed to be repainted over and the drapes smell horrible, which makes the room stink.

Staff was great. Building is quite dated. Killed one bug and had a spider come down from the ceiling Bed was comfortable It would be nice to see this whole property completely updated cause it’s always nice to have a kitchen. Probably won’t be returning.
