Room was clean but out dated . Beds were old and the pillows were very thin. Bathroom small with no where to put your toiletries. Some updating would really improve the experience .

On the plus side the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. However the room I stayed in was tired looking and in need of modernisation. The lamp on the wall didn't work, the bathroom window didn't close (concerning as on the ground floor) and no plug socket beside the bed. Disappointing and overpriced.

Very small rooms and beds. It was warm and the fan provided made noise and did not provide alot of cool air and there was a constant pipe dripping or something making a noise. The front check in was very nice and rooms were available upon arrival

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Mattresses old and uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. On last night was alot of noise above went to find front desk staff and couldn’t locate them. Phone in room didn’t work. Needs a re-fresh. Was close to a lot of transportation and stores.

The location is quite good, it's close to where the airport shuttle drops you off. The room was spacious and the bathroom was tiny but clean. The only bad thing is how stuffy the room smells, possibly because of the window doesn't open very wide and the air circulation isn't great.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at in Dublin. The room was beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location and within walking distance to many great pubs and shops! I highly recommend this hotel!

My only issue was with the rooms we had in the basement. While clean and overall fine, the noise from the dining room above us and from the bus stop outside could get rather loud in the later evening. Once it settled down, the overnight was quieter.
