The hotel was very nice and the service was good. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible for my mother with a walker, but there were some issues with the accessibility. First of all, the door was so heavy that she couldn't have opened it on her own. The door to the bathroom was spring loaded so it was a struggle for her to keep it open anytime she wanted to go in and out of the bathroom. I appreciate that there were grab bars in the bath, but a more accessible shower for handicap rooms would be nice. Other than that, the room was nice but I had to reserve a king room with a sofa bed for her to sleep in because the regular beds are far too high for her to get into by herself.

Check in was fine, friendly enough fellow at the desk. Overall the facility could use some updating and a deep cleaning. There was visible dirt in the corners of the elevator and our mattress pad was also visibly stained. Additionally the refrigerator ran loudly all night waking us both up. Finally the ceiling appeared to have water damage and was breaking apart in one spot.
