The hotel is situated at a great location in the heart of old town Edinburgh and a turn away to the Royal Miles. The hotel is in great condition. Staff and services are exceptional. We will stay at the hotel again next time we would be back at Edinburgh.

Location was good but hotel was too crowded! Because of the noise coming from next door room, I requested to be moved to another room! Wish there were safe in rooms!! Breakfast lacked variety !! People behind the reception were so helpful and friendly BIG THUMBS UP !!

Extremely small room and Bathroom. The lighting in the room was not enough so it was very dark in the room during the evenings. Only one elevator serving 4 floors meaning the wait time was long. The hairdryer would stop after 20 seconds and had to wait for it to cool down for another 20 seconds of usage.

Property was average because the room service was not so good, for instance they forgot to place soaps one day so we were running out of soap, another day they forgot to place new paper towels, and so on. A good plus was the breakfast included, and the best part the location of the hotel.
